  • A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components.   • Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning

    Phrozen’s Wash Resin Cleaner is a powerful cleaning agent that dissolves uncured UV resin. Allows you to wash your printed models by either spraying or soaking it directly into the liquid. It is very low viscosity cleaning liquid, no sud (non foaming) so works extremely well in Ultra Sonic cleaners & debinders. This Resin Cleaner has almost no odor & is not flammable like IPA. It works perfectly for standard resin as well as Water wash resins! Please note these come in 5 Liter Jugs. However, we offer these in 1L bottles by filling them from the 5L jug. So the 1l bottle will not have a Phrozen brand label on it. If you want a labelled can, then please buy the 5L can which will be the full can with Phrozen's label on it. The new wash V2 formula is faster, safer, longer lasting & thus cheaper than using IPA, Methyl Spirits, Ethanol or any other Alcohol based cleaners. Still cleaning 3d prints the old way?   • New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Please choose your nozzle diameter & temperature from the dropdowns. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles. With machines like the Adventurer 4, you can buy the 0.6mm nozzle head to print with Carbon Fiber. This is a real advantage for a machine in this price point to now offer Carbon FIber 3d printing capability. For older Adventuer 3 3D Printers (before 2020) we recommend you use the 240C 0.4mm nozzles.

  • These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.

Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon is a challenging material to 3d print. It is not ideal for use with bowden head 1.75mm 3d printers like Creality Ender, however, you still have a better chance of using 87A with a cheaper bowden machine than you would a 85A NinjaFlex. For cheaper bowden machines we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is most likely to print successfully. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Flexible plastic filament.   • Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

  • This is the genuine full metal angled build platform for Phrozen Sonic Mini & Mini 4K 3D printers. It is a thick solid bed to allow maximum print speeds without distortion. If you print a lot, particularly if you print larger layers at once, then this full metal build plate is the best choice.

So it can be 3D Printed like ABS in most 3D Printers.   • This is a Carbon Fibre reinforced spring steel sheet designed for the Creatbot F160 & F160 PEEK 3d printer Bed. It allows you to setup an easy removable build plate system by 3d printing on this plate, or attaching your chosen build surface onto this plate. Check out our matching Creatbot F160 Build Tak Bed Mat for a sleek & easy solution. This is a high wear resistant 3d printing surface that can provide good adhesion for PEEK & PEI or other advanced polymers, with appropriate surface glues. We believe it to be the longest glowing resin on the market (up to 12 hours with a normal daylight charge!). 3d print parts that are White in the day & glow Green at night.
