The Best Grade PEEK 3D Printer Filament

This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using the absolute best Luvocom 3F 9581 formulation.

The material is approved according to EN ISO 10993-1, -5 and -12*, UN-ECE R.118.03 (fire behaviour of materials in buses) and meets the NORSOK M 710 requirements.

This is a Higher Flow PEEK created specifically for Additive Manufacturing to offer better Printability than other peek filaments on the market.

It is a completely natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible.

PEEK is the best material for anything functional & mechanical, that needs to perform as closely to a metal like aluminum as possible while still being a plastic that is 3d printable.
So its the perfect choice for Gears, Screws, Cogs, even complex worm wheel assembly parts are fine. That includes Hinges & other loading applications.
It is also ideal for electronics enclosures where the enclosure needs to offer electrical & heat insulation, strength, flame retardance & element resistance including wet or organic aqueus conditions.

This makes it the ideal filament for medical applications like temporary implants, surgical guides, orthodontic reconstruction, maxillofacial surgery & many other use cases including aeronautical & aerospace.

For demanding applications where all else would fail, PEEK is the KING of 3D printer materials.

Strongest 3D Printing plastic available in 3d printing filament form.
Handle up to 250C continuous operating temperature with Short term temperature performance up to 300 deg C.
The most dense semi-crystalline polymer thats 3d printable, yet close enough to aluminium in many applications.
Chemically resistant to most corrosive substances & high resistance to aqueous conditions.Used extensively in Aerospace & Automotive applications where you need mechanical strength even at high temperature.
BioMedical material that can be used for the human body, dental implants, joint replacements, the list goes on.

PEEK also has low resonance properties that are comparable to natural fibres such as wood, which is helpful when it comes to vibration & damping control. This reduces screws & fasteneres loosening under load out of a peek enclosure.

Since PEEK is expensive, we are offering small quantity rolls for our kiwi 3D makers who want to try this cutting edge material.

This is 0.2 KG of natural PEEK 3D Printing Filament.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PEEK is probably the most challenging plastic you can 3d print.

We recommend that you 3d print peek on a 3d printer that is clearly peek capable.
Simply modifying the extruder heater on your machine to get to 400C will not be enough to print peek.

If you need consistent peek 3d printing without spending millions, please consider buying the Creatbot F430 PEEK capable 3d printer.

Myth Busters:
3D Printer makers whose machines can not possibly 3d print peek have decided to propagate scary rumours that PEEK emits Toxic industrial gases.. This is FALSE.
Infact PEEK emits less nauseating odour than PolyCarbonate or ABS.
Of course, we recommend printing in a well ventilated area, install a exhaust system if necessary, etc, at lease you can feel safe in knowing it is not an acutely poisonous substance when you do work with it.

Extrusion 3d printing process is still being researched in terms of long term safet, but PEEK & other advanced materials are not not much different to you in the 3d printing with other common filaments in terms of safety & risks.
