Excellent resin for 3D Prints that need engineering properties of Nylon & PolyPropylene, such as high elongation before break, impact resistance & flexural strength.

This resin offers very high inherent flexibility for bending / twisting applications, that other tough resin formulations can’t offer.

Description

Tough 100E is the upgrade to Phrozen’s successful Nylon Green Resin. Tougher than most common resins on the market, & highly impact resistant.

  • Elongation at break: 100.5%
  • Tensile modulus: 925.4 MPa
  • Flexural strength: 23 MPa
  • Flexural modulus: 711 MPa
  • Surface hardness: 69–76 Shore D

Use alcohol spray to clean models and dry with air gun. Do not immerse printed part into alcohol over 30 sec.
