    These Pigment Dispersions Are Designed To Work With 3D Printing Applications Where UV Light Is Used To Cure Resin Layer By Layer. We Use A Simple But Highly Effective Approach To Anchoring Dispersant Onto Pigments To Significantly Increase Print Performance.

    Monocure Resinaway ezy wipes

    RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

    The long-awaited Glow in the Dark resin is finally here! Developed for over 12 months, our GITD has been formulated so it doesn’t settle on long prints. We believe it to be the longest glowing resin on the market (up to 12 hours with a normal daylight charge!). 3d print parts that are White in the day & glow Green at night. Monocure Rapid product range is designed to work with a wide range of LCD LED & mSLA dlp type 3d printers such as the Phrozen Sonic, Creality LDR, Elegoo Mars, Anycubic Photo, Wanhao D7 etc. The cure speed is up to 4 X faster than their standard resin. The transparent appearance allows you to be see internal features & structures that would be useful for research, prototyping and engineering parts.
