Phrozen AnyCast 60% Wax Castable Resin

Description

With 60% wax content, this is our highest concentration resin to date.
It is superior to other green casting resins on the market which generally only have 20% wax content, & even Orange resins with their 40% content.
And significantly better than basic Violet or Purple resins which do not have any wax in them at all.

Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles.

Also very suitable for dental model castings like metal partials or crowns & bridges.

If you have been casting parts using wax 3d prints made using a Multi Jet MJP system (like Objet PolyJet or Projet) based systems, & want to move over to using cheaper LCD 3D Printers, then this is the resin which will give you the closest performance to such parts.

We recommend cleaning these wax print parts with our special resin cleaning liquid inside an ultrasonic cleaner, after which you should cure them thoroughly otherwise you will not have optimum results.
Heated curing is also recommended, where parts are gradually heated up to 60C, & cured again, as that further improve the burnout by reducing residue from forming.

This will provide low-shrinkage, high-precision models that will cast ash free with far less surface aberration.
It will also have low water absorption during the printing process, giving you more consistent results than other castable resins on the market.

Designed to be sent to your foundry for casting into any metal including gold, silver, platinum etc

We recommend 3d printers with heated chambers for optimum performance.

These resins are compatible with most common mSLA LCD DLP style 3D Printers including Phrozen, AnyCubic, Creality, Uniformation etc that operate in the 385-420nm UV range.
