Genuine Creatbot brass nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers.
Will suit all Mk8 head 3d printers including all the Creatbot F series 3D Printers we sell:
Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430, F430 PEEK edition,  PEEK-300, & D600 Pro 3d printers

Our nozzles are individully machined (not die casted & pressed like cheaper nozzles).
The internal orifice & crucible shape of the nozzle is carefully manufactured, meaning you get less jams.
They will out last most cheaper nozzles on the market, & provide more accurate & reliable feeding as the diameter is accurate.

These nozzles will work fine with all Mk8 thread extruder hot ends. So no matter your 3d printer, try out a higher quality nozzle that causes less problems & needs less changing.

We stock a wide range of nozzle diameters 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 & 1mm.

We also sell Stainless Steel & hardened Martensitic steel nozzles which are superior to brass nozzles as they last longer.
We recommend martensitic nozzles for Carbon Fiber 3d printing.
And in general, Stainelss steel nozzles are better that brass even for general purpose 3d printing including Wood 3d printing.

Description

These brass nozzles are individually turned as part of the main production process, not just die casted like budget models.
They are extremely precise, well machines parts that will out last other products.

The standard nozzle diameter that comes with the machine is 0.4mm
Please specify what hole size nozzle you would like.
If you do not specify, we will send you a 0.4mm nozzle.

Use a 0.4 if you want precision, but as you go larger, you will be able to build the model much faster.
A 0.8 mm nozzle on average can finish the build 6 times faster than a 0.4mm!
But also remember big nozzles mean less detail in the model, so do not use them for minute things or you will not be happy with the performance.
You need to adjust settings in your software to ensure you print with the larger sizes properly.

Please remember that nozzles can not be swapped after being used.
Please choose carefully, we cant refund or replace a nozzle once it shows even the slightest sign of use.

Please remember that nozzles can choke due to contaminants.
A brand new nozzle may print for 5 mins & choke if you are loading anything contaminated into it.
This is not a fault in the nozzle, but rather contaminants in the filament or dirt or known additives (like carbon fibre) that are choking the nozzle.
Such issues are not part of the warranty & do not qualify for a replacement.

These guys are awesome. I used to buy my filament from overseas for my projects and needed something in a hurry and went looking for something local. I'm so glad I did. Sent them an email explaining what I was trying to achieve and asked for their advice. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose. Ordered online and with good communication i had printer within days. Will definitely return when I upgrade. This printing stuff is very addictive.
