High Powered Heating tube for new High Speed series printers including Creatbot D600 Pro 2 HS & D1000 Pro HS 3d printers.
These have short wires & long heating tubes.
Not for the older D600 Pro 2 or D1000.
Will not work with older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers.
These are genuine Creatbot supplied cartridge heaters which can handle 420C reliably.
Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install.
The cartridge heater slots into the hot end of a 3d printer & heats it, to melt the plastic that flows in.
Over time, the heater needs to be replaced.
In order to handle the high temperatures, the contacts of these heaters are arc welded (not soldered).
So buying a new heater is the best option as it comes with pre-connected wires which you just plug into your head PCB easily.
A new heater offers consistent heating, which makes your extrusion smooth, & thus your printer prints clean lines.
This improves part strength & interlayer adhesion.
We don’t recommend generic 40W heaters as they dont get to the full 400C reliably.
