It prints reliably in several 3d printers including Creatbot, Ultimaker, Lulzbot etc
HIPS is impact resistant in low strength structural applications. HIPS is also FDA approved for food processing.
However it is famous in 3d printing for its ability to dissolve.
Please note that working with HIPS & soluble support is an advanced concept not suited to beginners.
Not all HIPS & ABS brands will work together. Fine tuning will be needed.
Warping has to be controlled otherwise the dual head machines won’t help.
We recommend 3d printers with heated chamber control.
Not all plastics are equal, & not all of the cheapest ones work as well as you would want them to.
Getting a good quality plastic that works well for your printer is crucial to limit the issues that 3D Prints face.
All our filament is tested & proven to be working perfectly with popular 3d printers before we sell it.
Each spool comes in a 1 Kg roll.
