Monocure 3D GUIDE™ bio-compatible 3D resin is skin contact & intra oral certified by the TGA in Australia.
It has been engineered to fabricate medical & dental appliances like surgical guides.

It has a high heat resistance and is suitable for sterilisation using standard autoclave protocols.

Once post-cured, this material has high tensile strength and is transparent, odourless and tasteless.

Monocure 3D’s Surgical GUIDE™ is transparent and is certified as a biocompatible Class I material by the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) No. 398012

It was developed for high-precision implant-guided surgeries.

Sent them an email explaining what I was trying to achieve and asked for their advice. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose. Ordered online and with good communication i had printer within days. Will definitely return when I upgrade. This printing stuff is very addictive.
