Phrozen EL400 is a durable rubber-like, highly elastic, tear-resistant flex resin which offers elastomer properties comparable to traditional flexible plastics like Polyurethane.
With shore hardness of 70-75A and 391% elongation, EL400 offers the optimal blend of elasticity and toughness for printing production-grade elastomer prototypes.

This resin is a game changer. In the past, flexible resin 3d prints used to be delicate & would crack easily.
But elastomeric prototypes printed with EL400 can endure over 60,000 cycles (Ross Flexing Fatigue test at 23°C) without tearing apart.
This is the first resin printable on LCD 3d printers which can be used to make gaskets reliably.
In the past, the only option was 3d printing TPU with a FDM 3d printer.
EL400 finally has the properties that can print seals, washers, etc for end use.
