LOCTITE 3D IND405 is the clearest & most impact resistant among the tough 3D Printing resins available. A common problem with most tough resins is that they are quite brittle, & do not offer good elongation at break. But the IND 405 is a high-strength, high elongation engineering plastic with good impact resistance & very high optical clarity. It has also been weather tested with UV to perform well outdoors without yellowing. Its the only 3d printing resin printable on LCD resin 3d printers, that can 3d print automotive indicator lenses, among many other outdoor applications. LOCTITE 3D IND405 can be printed in various resin 3d printers and parts can be machined or polished for final clear finish. -

Why Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners. Why buy our 3D Printing Resin Bottle Mixer with Active Heating This is a bi-directional mixer - it doesn't just a roll a bottle like most consumer mixers on the market - it actually wobbles the bottle to shake it without bubbling the resin. Did you know that many common 3d print failures are related to the resin not being mixed properly or being too cold? Since most bottles are stored standing upright, it is very common for resin monomers & pigments to settle downward. So when you then use the resin, it has actually separated. This is why the resin needs to be thoroughly mixed. Simply shaking the resin bottle is not the best option, because shaking it induces bubbles & causes uneven coagulation of the chemicals. This bottle roller rotates resin bottles inside a heated chamber to mix the resin thoroughly. By heating the resin while it is being mixed, the nanoparticles that have settled are able to retake a uniform viscosity. Resins that are heated are less viscous & print much better than when the resin would be thicker. This mixer provides a consistent & easy solution to shaking the bottle by hand, as just shaking the bottle heavily can cause the resin to bubble rather than actually mixing correctly.
