At around 230C this material will start foaming, increasing its volume nearly 3 times. So if you're into 3d printing Model Aeroplanes, Drones, or making custom packaging inserts, this is the 3d printer filament you've been waiting for! You can now 3d print light weight aerofoils using nice strong shells rather than the old ways of using thin nozzles with single shells to keep the weight low - which in turn would make weak, delicate air frames that would need additional post processing to become usable. Copper Filament - High Density - Now in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% bronze inside cheap PLA material! Copper is a high density metal filament that even has some electrical conductivity! And you can use it for medals, trophies, commemorative emblems, or jewellery too. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.

Genuine Creatbot door handles. These are the slim thin silver coloured aluminum door handles on newer Creatbot 3d printers with hinged doors. They are the smaller size (approx 80mm long), which are used for DX, DE, F160. They are also used on the rear chamber doors of the F430. These are attached to the Acrylic doors on the D series, & corresponding door frames on F series machines.

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.

The Teflon feed tube to connect the extruder to the head on Creatbot D series 3d printers like the Creatbot DX, DE etc. Includes the brass studs that the tube plugs into & locks into place. Screws on the head end & the extruder end. No assembly needed. Available for 3mm filament as well as 1.75mm filament based Creatbot D series machines. Please specify filament diameter, otherwise the default 3mm compatible tubes will be sent as they are more common. If your lugs break off, please consider buying this 1 piece ready tube.

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects onto the heat sink on top & the nozzle goes at the bottom. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints.
