Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Esun calls it Mystic Silk PLA, & it comes in a few colour options. Silk PLA gives true metallic shine to it without having to polish it or post-process it. Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;
Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Its good to replace these plates as & when needed to get optimal auto correction & auto level to work, depending on how much 3d printing you are doing.

Magigoo Original adhesive is designed to provide optimum bed adhesion with PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG & other common materials. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA. For higher temp filaments including PEI & PEEK, we also have Magigoo HT. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.
