Phrozen Mini 8K 3D Printer Build Plate This is the genuine tapered full metal angled build platform for Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K 3d printer. It has a laser etched bed which provides superb adhesion & a coating to improve resin dripping. Laser engraved bed means no need to sand it with sandpaper & have your prints look ugly with random scratches as the base. The etched pattern gives a professional look to the bottom surfaces of all your parts so you can print without a raft.

If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above.

PetG+HS is the new high speed version of PETg, now easier to print than ever before. It has less stringing & better layer adhesion than standard PETg, making it better on all 3d printers. Perfect if you have a high speed 3d printer like a Bambu, K1 or Arco. And also particularly good if you want to print with larger nozzles & save time when making large 3d prints. PetG+ is a very good functional material & its easier to work with than ABS. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Esun PetG+HS 1Kg 1.75mm SOLID BLACK All coloured PetG is slightly translucent compared to other materials.

eSUN PLA+ High Speed Pink 3D printing filament now in NZ
3D Print with PLA+ & get higher flexibility, impact strength & easy to remove supports. As easy to print as standard PLA+ & yet highly functional, PLA+HS is the future of PLA. Fast printing requires materials that can melt and cool quickly. However, to balance the speed of material melting and cooling, the physical properties of materials printed at fast speeds usually declines. In order to provide 3D printed products with superior mechanical performance despite being printed fast, Esun has developed an upgraded formulation of PLA+ called ePLA+HS is specifically designed to match high-speed printing and offers enhanced toughness. It continues to work perfectly on all 3D Printers so you can 3d print with thicker nozzles more easily. This will mean faster 3d printing for everyone, & not just for a Bambu or a K1. PLA is naturally sourced, compostible & bio-degradable. It is the easiest material to 3d print. We have NZ's biggest range of eSun PLA+HS colours in stock. This is the eSUN High Speed Dark Blue 3D printing filament. -
Hot End assembly for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printer. Please note this is not for previous D600 machines. It is not for F series machines or P series either. The hot end includes the mount block, the heat brake (throat tube) & a nozzle. We only sell Genuine spare parts, so you can rest assured they will work as expected & are built to the high standards that Creatbot supplies. These nozzles are individually turned for the main production process, not die casted like budget models. So you get accurate crucibles which offer better retraction control. The standard version prints up to 260C with a teflon lined heat brake. Perfect for common material like PLA, PETG etc. The high temp version handles up to 420C, & doesnt have a teflon liner, which makes it last longer when printing Carbon Fiber & other reinforced materials. Replacing hot ends is a great time to check if you also need a new temperature sensor (thermister or thermocouple), or a new cartridge heater. Please buy them from here: D600 Pro 2 temp sensor D600 Pro 2 cartridge heater

Loose contacts with the temp sensor can cause inaccurate readings, which compromises the accuracy of your plastic flow. With a new temp sensor, you ensure optimal temperature control for your Creatbot DX & DE machines. This means more accurate & stronger 3d prints without under-extrusion & layer delamination.

Suitable for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use. Not for older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers. Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install.

This is a Phrozen ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers like the Mega 8K series. This is a large sheet, so you can also cut into smaller pieces for smaller resin printers. The new ACF is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing at high speed. It works well with high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a significantly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. Like any film, it can stretch under extreme forces, or get damaged if you mishandle it, but it allows printing at much faster speeds compared to any other film type. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. We only supply authentic branded products. These Individual film pieces are taken out from a genuine Phrozen branded 3 pack.

ESun offer a very accurate & well respected PLA 3D printing filament that has taken the world by storm. PLA is naturally sourced, compostible & bio-degradable. It is the easiest material to 3D print. In the past, if you wanted functionality (but didn't need high temperature resistance), you still had to use other alternatives like PetG / ABS which were harder to work with. Now you can 3D print with the ease of PLA while getting many functional advantages & yet be eco-friendly thanks to eSun PLA plus! We are Authorised Reseller of eSun & our PLA+ 3D printer filament is stocked right here in NZ so we can bring our kiwi 3D customers great quality BRANDED pla filament for a superb price. A quick note about printing eSun PLA+ - In our experience it works best slightly hotter than standard PLA. For eg, if you print PLA between 190-200C usually (like we do), then its recommended you go to 210-220C for PLA plus. Of course there are a lot of factors around 3D printing extruder temperature, but start at 210C & see how you.
