This is the upgraded high speed nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 5M & 5M Pro 3d printers. It can print faster & hotter upto 280C on compatible Adventurer 5 series 3d printers. It is not for older Adventurer 3 or 4 models. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing at higher temperature & faster speeds. This unique system allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. -

It was originally designed for aeromodelling to make light weight aeroplane & drone hulls. But it has been very successful as a casting pattern in lost wax style casting processes. Initially, we used standard PLA for lost wax casting patterns. But since PLA-LW is lower density, there is less PLA to burn out. This makes much cleaner patterns & has far reduced ash in the process. So whether its light weight components for general parts, or metal casting patterns, try PLA LW for your next project. -
