Want to buy an advanced 3d printer but unsure if your specific design in your filament of choice will be 3d printed to the required level for the 3d printer you are considering? Then this test 3d print service is for you. We'll offer you some free advice on the part's design, known challenges, & what to expect for your desired filament & 3d printer. You send us the stl file & your brand of filament, & we will 3d print it using that advanced material on the 3d printer you wish to evaluate. Common ultra performance materials include PEI Ultem, PSU, PPS, PPSF, PPSU, PPE-PS, PEEK, PEAK, PP & Even experimental filaments that may not be mass produced yet. The same is also available for liquid resins. So if you want to check if a batch of different parts can be printed, we can do that for you on the resin 3d printer you would want to buy. Please contact us before buying this service, & please only purchase it after we have confirmed for you to do so.

This is a sample 3d print made using our High Temp Resin that has a HDT (Heat Defection Temperature) of 190C & Tg (Glass Transition Temperature) of 220C. Please send us your stl file first to ensure this will be suitable to make.

Book a service or repair for your 3d printer to be done at our office. Please drop off or ship the machine to us. This can include repair or standard maintenance related issues. This booking includes up to 1 hour of our time in repairing or servicing the machine. Please read our Terms of Repair here: https://3dprintingservices.co.nz/3d-printer-repair-service/ Pay particular attention to the points in Bold. By purchasing the repair service, you agree to the terms in full. If your machine can't be fixed, or parts are not available for example, then we will discuss those options with you. But kindly note you will still have to pay the first hour fee as our minimum assessment charge regardless of whether the machine can be repaired or not. If the 3d printer can't be brought over, we also offer a call out service to your site, mainly in the Auckland region. We mainly offer this service to the Auckland region, but can discuss coming over anywhere in New Zealand Please have a read here.
