ABS 3D Printing Filament

ABS is the 3d Printing industry’s most popular & cost effective Functional 3d printing material. Handles higher temperature, flexes well, & great in snap fit applications. We sell some of the best ABS plastic filament to our New Zealand 3D Printer customers.

  • Magigoo Original adhesive is designed to provide optimum bed adhesion with PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG & other common materials. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA. For higher temp filaments including PEI & PEEK, we also have Magigoo HT. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

Introducing Carbon ABS filament, a versatile 3D printing material designed to elevate your projects to new heights. This product boasts an impressive set of properties that make it a top choice for various applications. With its lightweight composition, Carbon ABS offers excellent impact resistance while maintaining ease of handling. Furthermore, its superior UV stability trumps traditional ABS, ensuring your creations maintain their vibrant appearance over time. One of the standout characteristics of Carbon ABS is its low moisture absorption rate, making it an ideal choice for projects where exposure to humidity may be a concern. Additionally, its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio surpasses that of nylon, providing you with a filament that can withstand demanding conditions without compromising on quality. One of the most noteworthy features of our Carbon ABS filament is its inclusion of carbon fibers, which effectively prevent warping issues commonly associated with ABS prints. As a result, you can now achieve precise and accurate prints without any significant deformations. The versatility of Carbon ABS goes beyond its mechanical properties. It finds particular suitability in automotive applications, thanks to its ability to withstand rugged conditions. Whether you're creating customized car parts or accessories, Carbon ABS ensures durability and reliability. Moreover, its lightweight composition makes it an excellent choice for drone enthusiasts seeking to improve the performance of their aerial companions. This package of Carbon ABS filament weighs 500g, providing you with ample material to bring your innovative ideas to life. Upgrade your 3D printing experience today with our exceptional Carbon ABS filament.
  • Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue.
  • Kevlar is inherently flame resistant, protecting against thermal hazards up to 420 deg C. Additionally, Kevlar® fibers won’t melt, drip or support combustion. Once popular in bullet proof vests, DuPont's kevlar is today available as an additive in advanced 3d printing filaments. The addition of Kevlar reduces the warping tendency of ABS making it much easier to 3d print. It has the highest strength to weight ratio in the class of non-crystalline materials. Made by 3D4Makers in Netherlands. We're proud to be the first company to bring 3d printable kevlar filament for FDM 3d printers into the Australia New Zealand region. 500g roll 1.75mm Black Colour matted finish thanks to the Kevlar fibers. Can be 3d printed with 0.4mm hardened nozzles, though 0.6mm would be better. Processing temperature range same as standard ABS filaments ~ 260C making it very accessible to use with a vast range of fdm 3d printers on the market.
