PetG is probably the best modern 3d printing filament available for a wide range of uses. It is stronger than PLA, handles higher temp than PLA, & also more impact resistant than PLA+.
We are now moving over to Esun PETg+HS, which is a High Speed PETg filament.
This formulation is easier to 3d print & has less stringing.
As a bonus, it works very well with high speed 3d printers like Bambu, K1, etc, & it works well printing thicker layers with larger nozzles.
Petg doesnt shrink or warp heavily, making it easier to 3d print with than traditional functional plastics like ABS or Polycarbonate.
It has better UV resistance compared to Abs, & is also Food contact safe.
