eSUN 3D Printing Filaments & Resins

  • Esun Advanced Super Tough PLA 1Kg White Natural 3D Printer Filament now in NZ

Our much loved Esun PLA+ now has an upgrade! Do you want to 3D Print with one of the strongest PLA filaments available right now? If you want high impact resistance & excellent overall part strength, look no further than Esun's new PLA-ST 3d Filament. This is the classic eSun Solid Black. Same classic kiwi black as you have come to expect from 3D Printer Store. ESun offer a very accurate & well respected PLA 3d printing filament that has taken the world by storm. PLA is naturally sourced, compostible & bio-degradable. It is the easiest material to 3d print. In the past, if you wanted functionality (but didnt need high temperature resistance), you still had to use other alternatives like PetG / ABS which were harder to work with. Now you can 3d print with the ease of PLA while getting many functional advantages & yet be eco-friendly thanks to eSun PLA plus! We are Authorised Reseller of eSun & our PLA+ 3d printer filament is stocked right here in NZ so we can bring our kiwi 3d customers great quality BRANDED pla filament for a superb price.
  • This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Esun calls it Mystic Silk PLA, & it comes in a few colour options. Silk PLA gives true metallic shine to it without having to polish it or post-process it. With tri colour silk filament, the object gets a colour & texture you would not be able to make with any other technology, & painting it or coating it in such a way would be an outright headache. 3d printing with dual-colour & tri-colour filaments is a lot of fun, especially for art pieces, kids toys, or school projects. Its the closest we've ever come to a PLA that actually shines like a real metal without having any metal in it. The shine also hides the print layer lines to a greater extent than other colours. This is the same material as the Esun Silk metal colours - imagine multiple filament strands fused into 1.

    Nylon PA6 3D Filament Made in Netherlands by 3D4Makers - 750g 2.85mm

LuvocomĀ® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention.Ā  This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber.
  • ASA UV Stable 3D Printing Filament is a cousin of the famous ABS. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. So it can be 3D Printed like ABS in most 3D Printers. BLACK colour ASA 3D Printer Filament 1 Kg roll Please remember that UV stability does not mean 100% UV 'Proof' All plastics - even PolyCarbonate will eventually crumble under our harsh New Zealand sun or other high levels of UV. But ASA is the cheapest material to offer UV immunity. It is also easier to work with than more advanced materials.
  • Esun Aluminium 3d printer Filament - First in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% inside cheap PLA material. Aluminium is the closest you can come to real silver looking 3d prints by polishing it. In its raw state it looks like limestone which is excellent for architecture. You can also do a rough sand to give it the look of concrete or stone walls. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Steel is no exception & will certainly shine if you polish it. These filaments are also being used in experimental applications to explore uses such as sintering, baking & smelting to make production metal parts out of them with freedom of design at extremely cheap prices. Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Please read our FAQ Articles for more details on printing with filled materials.
  • Copper Filament - High Density - Now in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% bronze inside cheap PLA material! Copper is a high density metal filament that even has some electrical conductivity! And you can use it for medals, trophies, commemorative emblems, or jewellery too. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. • Esun Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!

We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber is always matte Black in colour (a very dark grey)
