Phrozen Aqua Plus Clear Resin 1 Litre
A versatile clear resin that offers fast 3d printing with significantly reduced tinting & yellowing of 3d prints. This is the perfect resin for general purpose prototyping of high accuracy transparent parts. Most clear resins turn yellow almost instantly when printed. And they become cloudy when cured. To reduce this, some resin makers have added blue dye into clear resins to make them look less yellow, however that is not an actual solution. Freshly printed models might look foggy or frosted, and require further polishing to achieve clear, transparent results. The Aqua Clear plus has the best chance of looking transparent compared to other common clear products on the market. If you need optimum optical clarity though, we recommend using an industrial resin like the Loctite IND405 ultra clear resin. -

ColorFabb's varioshore TPU is a ground breking flexible filament that allows you print parts from 92A right down to 55A, on almost any direct drive 3d printer. It achieves this using controlled foaming, so you can get the flex you want without having to own each & every filament of those shore hardnesses. You can print with shore hardness 92A(unfoamed) to shore 55A (maximum foamed). This is a 700g roll of foaming filament, which means you actually use less material in comparison to normal TPU & get a larger number of parts with a reduced weight. -

You send us the stl file & your brand of filament, & we will 3d print it using that advanced material on the 3d printer you wish to evaluate. Common ultra performance materials include PEI Ultem, PSU, PPS, PPSF, PPSU, PPE-PS, PEEK, PEAK, PP & Even experimental filaments that may not be mass produced yet. The same is also available for liquid resins. So if you want to check if a batch of different parts can be printed, we can do that for you on the resin 3d printer you would want to buy. If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above. -
A4 Size NFEP Films for medium size Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of printing. -

This booking includes up to 1 hour of our time in repairing or servicing the machine. Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers - Pack of 3 films The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a signifcatly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tire, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components.
