    Thanks to the uptake of high speed 3d printers, & with more people printing using larger nozzles, Esun has starting upgrading PLA+ to a high speed compatible PLA+ material. PLA-HS is also called PLA-HF, & it is based on the same base material as PLA+. It has now been renamed to ePLA+HS. Compared with normal PLA+ materials, it supports a higher flow rate. So the printing speed can be increased, or larger nozzles can be used to extrude with more ease. The quality of the surface of printed object is excellent despite the high flow rate, and the detail performance is better. The ePLA-HS has good adaptability. By adjusting the materials, the high speed printing reduces the dependence on the cooling power of the printer and improves the printing performance. This high flow PLA can be used in concept models and rapid prototyping. Many colours available: Black, White, Grey, Red and Blue. Please choose colours from the drop down below.

  • RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a higher Glass Transition Temperature of 70 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Esun PetG 1.75mm 1Kg RED is a solid, bright red colour, not translucent. This is because 3d printing changes the crystalline structure of the polymer as its laid down. However, if you want a somewhat transparent PET then please look at our Taulman T-Glase PET-t.
