  • Monocure Resin Cleaner - Better 3D Print Cleaning

    Monocure 3D RESINAWAY® is a non-flammable, safe, highly advanced UV resin cleaning solution. It is faster, safer, longer lasting & thus cheaper than using IPA, Methyl Spirits, Ethanol or any other Alcohol based cleaning liquids. The biggest advantage is being able to use ultrasonic cleaners without any safety issues or health risk related to alcohol vaporisation. It works perfectly fine, & is highly recommend, for use with all common Wash & Cure stations as well. Still cleaning 3d prints the old way? It is chemically engineered to quickly & effectively remove any uncured UV photopolymer resin from printed parts without unwanted surface cracks, cloudiness or white residue.   • Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Esun PETg 1.75mm 1Kg NATURAL All FDM 3d prints will be less translucent than the filament. This is because 3d printing changes the crystalline structure of the polymer as its laid down. However, if you want a somewhat transparent PET then please look at our Taulman T-Glase PET-t.     What is LWPLA? Its the First filament of its kind to use active foaming technology to achieve lightweight, low density PLA parts. At around 230C this material will start foaming, increasing its volume nearly 3 times. So if you're into 3d printing Model Aeroplanes, Drones, or making custom packaging inserts, this is the 3d printer filament you've been waiting for! You can now 3d print light weight aerofoils using nice strong shells rather than the old ways of using thin nozzles with single shells to keep the weight low - which in turn would make weak, delicate air frames that would need additional post processing to become usable. This material EXPANDS as its printed from out of the nozzle so you use a lot less of it, making this just as affordable 3d printing with PLA plus or similar! 2.85mm Natural Colour roll 750 grams weight.   • A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components.   • Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament

    This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament
