PVA is commonly used as a soluble support material for 3d prints. The new ePVA+ works with ABS & many other materials! Some delicate 3d prints or items that need really good surface finish, need to use a lot of support. Because of that, the complex support material can be difficult to manually remove & it can even crack the actual part while being removed. PVA solves the problem because you 3d print the main part with 1 head using PLA & print the supports with the other head using PVA. It is the best soluble material for dual extruder 3d printers especially when printing with PLA. Esun Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!
We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers - Pack of 3 films The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a signifcatly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. This is an upgraded, full metal build platform for EPAX E10 3D printers. It is compatible with all version of the E10 printer including the new E10 5K. The unique top bracket has been specially designed to fit E10 printers for optimum performance. It is a fully angled bed to allow the resin to flow down smoothly. Using this build platform will minimize resin accumulation on the top of the plate, allowing it to more readily drip back into the vat during printing. This makes clean-up and print removal faster, easier, and less messy overall so that you can spend more time printing. Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We're happy to introduce the new Wax like Jewelry casting resin by Phrozen. Phrozen is revolutionising SLA 3D Printing resins by offering cutting edge formulations that provide better results than ever before at an amazing price point. Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. This is a violet resin, & is superior to most of the cheaper green dental casting resins you will find. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles. Why use Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Short answer, high speed & less manual work. Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. When cleaning castable resins or industrial resins in particular, ultrasonic cleaners will give you the edge.

If your LCD screen gets damaged, or you see the exposure affected, it might be time to change your LCD. This is the masking LCD screen which projects the UV light layers for your 3d print. It is not the small touch screen panel used to control the printer.

Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. It has higher heat resistance than PEEK, offers exceptional chemical resistance, & can withstand high mechanical stress. It is inherently flame retardant and has unique tribological properties unlike any other ultra performance polymer currently available for 3d printers. PEKK has a higher Tg than PEEK. Luvocom® 3F PEKK 50082 3D Filament
PEKK Filament is easier to print than regular PEEK filament with better layer adhesion while offering similar strength and resistance properties, & better dimensional stability than PEEK. PEKK also has a higher Tg Glass Transition Temperature than PEEK. This unique modified neat PEKK is a low warp formluation that provides dimensional stability in delivering semi-crystalline parts with no warp. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. With high heat resistance, chemical resistance , has the ability to withstand high mechanical loads, is inherent flame retardant and has unique tribological properties. PEKK Filament has a tuneable crystallization rate which allows FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and easier processing of amorphous materials. Made in Netherlands by 3d4makers using Lehvoss genuine luvocom resin. We always recommend an active heated chamber for 3d printing all advnaced materials including PEKK. Why Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners. When cleaning castable resins or industrial resins in particular, ultrasonic cleaners will give you the edge.
