This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments. -
This is a Genuine FlashForge brand Hardened steel nozzle suitable to 3d print Carbon Fiber filaments as well as higher temperature materials. These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. R-PEEK 3D Printer Filament
This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using recycled PEEK. Recycled PEEK is generally made by collecting PEEK powder from CNC machine shops, which is then extruded into 3d printing filament. This means you get the exact same filament as normal PEEK, just being sourced sustainably because the powder that would have otherwise gone to waste has been reused to make filament. And, its half the price. PEEK handles continuous operating temperature of 260C & peak loading up to 320C. It has a strength to weight ration higher than Aluminum. And it has the resonance damping properties comparable to wood. Considered to be the best 3d printing material presently available in filament form. It is a natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. Creatbot S-PAHT is a dedicated breakaway support filament optimised to work with high temp Nylons & Poly Carbonates. This gives you a smooth surface finish where the support is removed. This support material works well with our Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylons & Glass Fiber Nylons & PC-CF as well. If you print supports with the same material as the part, the area where support sticks is usually rough. Breakaway supports fix this problem by providing more contact while being easy to break off. Did you know that many common 3d print failures are related to the resin not being mixed properly or being too cold? This bottle roller rotates resin bottles inside a heated chamber to mix the resin thoroughly. By heating the resin while it is being mixed, the nanoparticles that have settled are able to retake a uniform viscosity. Resins that are heated are less viscous & print much better than when the resin would be thicker. This mixer provides a consistent & easy solution to shaking the bottle by hand, as just shaking the bottle heavily can cause the resin to bubble rather than actually mixing correctly. With our heated resin bottle roller, you will greatly reduce print failures caused by the resin being too cold, particularly in winter. Phrozen Mini 8K 3D Printer Build Plate This is the genuine tapered full metal angled build platform for Phrozen Sonic Mini 8K 3d printer. It has a laser etched bed which provides superb adhesion & a coating to improve resin dripping. Laser engraved bed means no need to sand it with sandpaper & have your prints look ugly with random scratches as the base. The etched pattern gives a professional look to the bottom surfaces of all your parts so you can print without a raft. -
If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above. -
Hot End assembly for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printer. Please note this is not for previous D600 machines. It is not for F series machines or P series either. The hot end includes the mount block, the heat brake (throat tube) & a nozzle. We only sell Genuine spare parts, so you can rest assured they will work as expected & are built to the high standards that Creatbot supplies. These nozzles are individually turned for the main production process, not die casted like budget models. So you get accurate crucibles which offer better retraction control. The standard version prints up to 260C with a teflon lined heat brake. Perfect for common material like PLA, PETG etc. The high temp version handles up to 420C, & doesnt have a teflon liner, which makes it last longer when printing Carbon Fiber & other reinforced materials. Replacing hot ends is a great time to check if you also need a new temperature sensor (thermister or thermocouple), or a new cartridge heater. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use. Not for older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers. Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install. -
This is a Phrozen ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers like the Mega 8K series. This is a large sheet, so you can also cut into smaller pieces for smaller resin printers. The new ACF is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing at high speed. It works well with high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a significantly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. Like any film, it can stretch under extreme forces, or get damaged if you mishandle it, but it allows printing at much faster speeds compared to any other film type. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. We only supply authentic branded products. For a long time, we've wanted PLA that has a true metallic shine to it without having to polish it. Please welcome Esun Silk PLA. Its the closest we've ever come to a PLA that actually shines like a real metal without having any metal in it. The shine also hides the print layer lines to a greater extent than other colours.
