At around 230C this material will start foaming, increasing its volume nearly 3 times. So if you're into 3d printing Model Aeroplanes, Drones, or making custom packaging inserts, this is the 3d printer filament you've been waiting for! You can now 3d print light weight aerofoils using nice strong shells rather than the old ways of using thin nozzles with single shells to keep the weight low - which in turn would make weak, delicate air frames that would need additional post processing to become usable. Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

The filament has good dimensional stability, which means that the printed objects are less prone to warping or shrinking during the printing process. This allows for greater structural integrity and accuracy in the printed parts. -

This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Esun calls it Mystic Silk PLA, & it comes in a few colour options. Silk PLA gives true metallic shine to it without having to polish it or post-process it. With tri colour silk filament, the object gets a colour & texture you would not be able to make with any other technology, & painting it or coating it in such a way would be an outright headache. 3d printing with dual-colour & tri-colour filaments is a lot of fun, especially for art pieces, kids toys, or school projects. Sale!Thanks to the uptake of high speed 3d printers, & with more people printing using larger nozzles, Esun has starting upgrading PLA+ to a high speed compatible PLA+ material. PLA-HS is also called PLA-HF, & it is based on the same base material as PLA+. It has now been renamed to ePLA+HS. Compared with normal PLA+ materials, it supports a higher flow rate. So the printing speed can be increased, or larger nozzles can be used to extrude with more ease. The quality of the surface of printed object is excellent despite the high flow rate, and the detail performance is better. The ePLA-HS has good adaptability. By adjusting the materials, the high speed printing reduces the dependence on the cooling power of the printer and improves the printing performance.
