  • LOCTITE 3D IND405 is the clearest & most impact resistant among the tough 3D Printing resins available. A common problem with most tough resins is that they are quite brittle, & do not offer good elongation at break. But the IND 405 is a high-strength, high elongation engineering plastic with good impact resistance & very high optical clarity. It has also been weather tested with UV to perform well outdoors without yellowing.   • LOCTITE 3D IND406 is the toughest High Temperature 3D Printing Resin available. A common problem with most high temperature resins is that they are quite brittle. But the IND 406 BK is a high-strength, high elongation engineering plastic with good impact and high temperature resistance up to 107 C. It has also been weather tested with UV to perform well outdoors with minimal change to mechanical properties. On top of that, you get high chemical resistance & water immersion performance, making it suitable for a variety of deplyoments. Stiffness, toughness and thermal durability make this the ideal material for a wide variety of tools in the production floor. Thanks to excellent chemical resistance & immersion testing, IND 406 is perfect for final parts production in Automotive manufacturing. The product is ideal for fixtures, interior and machinery parts. LOCTITE 3D IND406 can be printed in various resin 3d printers and parts can be machined, tapped, or polished for final finish.
  • A4 Size NFEP Films for medium size Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of printing.

Of course there are a lot of factors around 3D printing extruder temperature, but start at 210C & see how you.

It can even stick on an existing buildtak. Just peel the bottom & use like a sticker. Great native adhesion for common materials like PLA, ABS, PETg, TPU.
  • Suitable for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use. These have short wires. Not suited for older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers. Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install.
  • Loose contacts with the temp sensor can cause inaccurate readings, which compromises the accuracy of your plastic flow. With a new temp sensor, you ensure optimal temperature control for your Creatbot DX & DE machines. This means more accurate & stronger 3d prints without under-extrusion & layer delamination.
  • Hot End assembly for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printer. Please note this is not for previous D600 machines. It is not for F series machines or P series either. The hot end includes the mount block, the heat brake (throat tube) & a nozzle. We only sell Genuine spare parts, so you can rest assured they will work as expected & are built to the high standards that Creatbot supplies. These nozzles are individually turned for the main production process, not die casted like budget models. So you get accurate crucibles which offer better retraction control. The standard version prints up to 260C with a teflon lined heat brake. Perfect for common material like PLA, PETG etc. The high temp version handles up to 420C, & doesnt have a teflon liner, which makes it last longer when printing Carbon Fiber & other  reinforced materials. Replacing hot ends is a great time to check if you also need a new temperature sensor (thermister or thermocouple), or a new cartridge heater.   • Phrozen Tough Water Washable Grey Resin Get the strength of Tough Resins with the Ease of washing with just plain water. Our Tough Resin is now available in a Water Washable version. Traditional water-washable resin can be brittle. Our new Phrozen Water Washable Tough resin is formulated differently. It has double the strength of most water wash resins. It also has a bit of flex, which creates more durable models.
  • If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above.

  • Why buy our 3D Printing Resin Bottle Mixer with Active Heating This is a bi-directional mixer - it doesn't just a roll a bottle like most consumer mixers on the market - it actually wobbles the bottle to shake it without bubbling the resin. Did you know that many common 3d print failures are related to the resin not being mixed properly or being too cold? Since most bottles are stored standing upright, it is very common for resin monomers & pigments to settle downward. So when you then use the resin, it has actually separated. This is why the resin needs to be thoroughly mixed. Simply shaking the resin bottle is not the best option, because shaking it induces bubbles & causes uneven coagulation of the chemicals. This bottle roller rotates resin bottles inside a heated chamber to mix the resin thoroughly. By heating the resin while it is being mixed, the nanoparticles that have settled are able to retake a uniform viscosity. Resins that are heated are less viscous & print much better than when the resin would be thicker. This mixer provides a consistent & easy solution to shaking the bottle by hand, as just shaking the bottle heavily can cause the resin to bubble rather than actually mixing correctly. With our heated resin bottle roller, you will greatly reduce print failures caused by the resin being too cold, particularly in winter. This mixer is particularly useful if you plan to 3d print high performance industrial engineering resins, wax castable resins, ceramic filled or dental resins.

  • Creatbot S-PAHT is a dedicated breakaway support filament optimised to work with high temp Nylons & Poly Carbonates. This gives you a smooth surface finish where the support is removed. This support material works well with our Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylons & Glass Fiber Nylons & PC-CF as well. If you print supports with the same material as the part, the area where support sticks is usually rough. Breakaway supports fix this problem by providing more contact while being easy to break off. Dual extruder 3d printers or multi material systems or AMS are required to use support materials.
