A versatile clear resin that offers fast 3d printing with significantly reduced tinting & yellowing of 3d prints. This is the perfect resin for general purpose prototyping of high accuracy transparent parts. Most clear resins turn yellow almost instantly when printed. And they become cloudy when cured. To reduce this, some resin makers have added blue dye into clear resins to make them look less yellow, however that is not an actual solution. Freshly printed models might look foggy or frosted, and require further polishing to achieve clear, transparent results. NFEP Film 450*280mm for large size Resin 3D Printers PFA (NFEP) is the better version of standard FEP film. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mega8k, Transform, etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have more FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. And people are safe to touch them. -

This is the mat that sticks onto the spring steel build plate, which adheres on the magnetic 3D Printer bed of 3d printers like FlashForge Creator 3, 3 Pro & 3 Pro v2 . It can also be used on any 3d printer that has a 300x250mm build volume & you want a good quality surface mat. This item is only the top build tak style mat, that you can 3d print on. The photo is to show you how the mat is to be used in relation to a Creator series 3d printer. This is a sticker, it has glue on 1 side, just peel it & stick it onto any surface. It is a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, it will be best to put a thin layer of the glue stick on it. Some Flashforge mats are blue, & some are black - they are exactly the same mat, flashforge just changed colours between the machine releases.
