Hot End assembly for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printer. Please note this is not for previous D600 machines. It is not for F series machines or P series either. The hot end includes the mount block, the heat brake (throat tube) & a nozzle. We only sell Genuine spare parts, so you can rest assured they will work as expected & are built to the high standards that Creatbot supplies. These nozzles are individually turned for the main production process, not die casted like budget models. So you get accurate crucibles which offer better retraction control. The standard version prints up to 260C with a teflon lined heat brake. Perfect for common material like PLA, PETG etc. The high temp version handles up to 420C, & doesnt have a teflon liner, which makes it last longer when printing Carbon Fiber & other reinforced materials. Replacing hot ends is a great time to check if you also need a new temperature sensor (thermister or thermocouple), or a new cartridge heater. Why use Resin cleaner instead of IPA? This Resin Cleaner has almost no odor & is not flammable like IPA. It is very low viscosity cleaning liquid, no sud (non foaming) so works extremely well in Ultra Sonic cleaners, debinders & popular gyrating wash units. It works perfectly for standard resins, water wash resins as well as Castable Wax resins. Will not discolour parts or leave behind a white residue like you would get with IPA. Does not cause parts to crack if immersed into the liquid. And this is particularly important when processing 3d prints to be used in lost wax investment casting. Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. And people are safe to touch them.

Creatbot F430 X axi Stepper Motor
