It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. If you are going to be using a high speed 3d printer like Bambulab, or 3d printing with a higher flow rate (such as using larger nozzles), we highly recommend using the our new PETG+HS, a high speed, low stringing PETg formulation designed specifically for high output printing. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. Our rPLA 3d printing filament is made from factory offcuts of PLA. So the raw material used is exactly the same as standard PLA, its simply re-melted into a PLA 3d printing filament. These pigment dispersions are designed to work with 3D Printing applications where UV light is used to cure the resin layer by layer.
We use a simple but highly effective approach to anchoring dispersant onto pigments to significantly increase print performance.
Our pigment dispersions do not affect performance across our resin systems. Increased stability is achieved by cross-linking the dispersants to create a robust polymer shell, entrapping each pigment particle.

If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. This is a temperature sensor for the newer FlashForge Creator Pro 2 & Creator 3 Pro 3d printers. It is a threaded type that fits into the hot end block. This is not for older flashforge Creator series printers. -

Loose contacts with the temp sensor can cause inaccurate readings, which compromises the accuracy of your plastic flow. With a new temp sensor, you ensure optimal temperature control for your Creatbot DX & DE machines. This means more accurate & stronger 3d prints without under-extrusion & layer delamination. -
