RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;
Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. This is a magnetic slide on base plate for FF AD3 3D Printer. Its got an excellent buildtak surface on it which provides excellent part adhesion & good surface finish. The metal sheet is removable & slides into the bed & gives you a new build surface to 3d print on. Its good to replace these plates as & when needed to get optimal auto correction & auto level to work, depending on how much 3d printing you are doing.

Magigoo Original adhesive is designed to provide optimum bed adhesion with PLA, ABS, ASA, PETG & other common materials. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA. For higher temp filaments including PEI & PEEK, we also have Magigoo HT. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.
