Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;
Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. This is a temperature sensing thermister for Wanhao i3 3d printers. The thermisters for bed & nozzle are the same, however the wire length is slightly different. Please specify if you want one for the head, or for the nozzle. Please also specify which wanhao i3 3d printer type it is for: i3, i3 v2, i3 plus, i3 plus mk2, or i3 mini.

Esun ePA Nylon Filament
PA (Polyamide) is a natural Nylon which has several advantages as a plastic. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon can be a challenging material to 3d print. But our new formulations are making Nylon 3d printing much easier than before. Active Heated chamber is always recommended for the best performance, but this filament is easier than many others on the market. Please consider advanced 3d printers such as the Creatbot F-430 3D Printer if you intend to 3D Print Functional parts frequently. -
This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. Esun calls it Mystic Silk PLA, & it comes in a few colour options. Silk PLA gives true metallic shine to it without having to polish it or post-process it. We're happy to introduce the new Wax like Jewelry casting resin by Phrozen. Phrozen is revolutionising SLA 3D Printing resins by offering cutting edge formulations that provide better results than ever before at an amazing price point. Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. This is a violet resin, & is superior to most of the cheaper green dental casting resins you will find. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles. Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA.
