3D RAPID FLEX100™ - CLEAR 1 Ltr Resin
The FLEX100™ has an extremely high level of flexibility so you can 3D print compressible and bendable models. Shore Hardness: 50A. FLEX100™ can be used on its own or by mixing with other Rapid & Tough resins to produce varying degrees of flexibility and firmness. By adding a small amount of FLEX100™ to the Rapid resin would create a less brittle and more durable part. By adding larger amounts, the more flexible it will become. Remember to weigh the products so results can be replicated. Our CMYK pigment set can also be added to the mix so you can make any colour of Flexible Resin! You can mix TUFF resin with FLEX100™ resin to reduce flexibility or improve strength as required. The Viscosity of FLEX100™ is 30-50 cps @ 25°C (Brookfield RVT). All Monocure3D resins have a low odour, have zero VOC emissions and display very low shrinkage properties <0.5%> Please store Monocure 3D resin in a dark, cool place out of direct sunlight. Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Wanhao Premium GREY PLA 3D Printing Filament
Wanhao make a high quality well priced 1.75mm PLA 3D Printer plastic filament in a Light Gray shade. Works reliably in several 3d printers including Makerbot, Creatbot, Wanhao, FlashForge, Dremel, Up, Creality, Tevo, Anet etc We are a key Wanhao Distributor so we can offer our kiwi 3D makers this plastic for excellent prices! A nice light grey with a little bit of sheen but not shiny like silver. This is not a flat ugly gray colour either. It is very good for architecture where you need to show cement concerete or need a textured RCC block look. We also sell a Silver shiny Grey which is called Silver PLA. It is great for a metal like finish, so please buy that if you want a nice shine. And also have a dark gun metal Gray if you want a proper Dark Grey. Solid opague colour, not translucent. We sell some Translucent colours too please see other rolls. Not excessively shiny like other cheap materials. This is 1 roll of 1kg PLA Filament. Our 1Kg PLA spools have a large 55mm centre diameter with a standard 200mm outer diameter to allow fitting on some proprietary style machines that have large centre spindles to try & force you to buy only some specific materials. We also sell smaller 0.5 Kg spools of some materials to fit inside some machines like Dremels or Up minis that make it impossible to slot material in. But we recommend buying 1Kg spools as they are much cheaper than the rare 500 gram rolls which cost more. If internal fitting is important to you, please double check that aspect of your machine. Where you place the roll or how you fit them does not have any relation to the plastic that is on the roll. There is no change in 3d printing performance however you use these rolls as our material is good quality. -

New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Please choose your nozzle diameter & temperature from the dropdowns. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles. With machines like the Adventurer 4, you can buy the 0.6mm nozzle head to print with Carbon Fiber. This is a real advantage for a machine in this price point to now offer Carbon FIber 3d printing capability. For older Adventuer 3 3D Printers (before 2020) we recommend you use the 240C 0.4mm nozzles.

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the teflon tube lined version which makes it easy to print PLA, PETg etc thanks to the teflon liner. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints.
