  • 3D4Makers PCL 100 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 750g

Facilan™ PCL 100 is a highly functional filament made from polycaprolactone, perfect for advanced applications such as medical research. This material is widely used in the development of artificial tracheas, smart materials, tissue engineering scaffolds, bioabsorbable implants, and more. Renowned universities and research centers worldwide trust Facilan™ PCL 100 for cutting-edge bioprinting and personalized medical research. With its flexibility and toughness, this filament has a glass transition temperature of -60 °C and a print temperature of around 120 °C. Its semi-crystalline aliphatic biodegradable polyester composition gives it a distinctive white appearance. Complying with European regulations, the filament produced by 3D4Makers is safe for use with food contact. Additionally, it offers excellent adhesion between layers, enhancing impact resistance, strength, durability, and print quality. Notably, Facilan™ PCL 100 can be reshaped in water at 55 °C after 3D printing due to its low melting point.
  • 3D4Makers C8 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 750g

Facilan™ C8 is a type of filament specifically designed for 3D printing. It is known for its excellent printability and high strength properties compared to traditional PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament. One notable advantage of Facilan™ C8 is its ability to print without visible layers. This means that the printed object will have a smooth and seamless appearance, devoid of any visible lines or layers that are typically seen with other filament types. This makes Facilan™ C8 ideal for printing objects that require a high level of aesthetic finish. In addition to its superior surface finish, Facilan™ C8 also possesses enhanced strength properties compared to PLA. The filament has good dimensional stability, which means that the printed objects are less prone to warping or shrinking during the printing process. This allows for greater structural integrity and accuracy in the printed parts.
  • RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.
  • Phrozen Aqua Gray 8K Ultra High Resolution Resin 5 Kg

Carrying on the tradition of being the First to Bring into New Zealand all these new cutting edge Resin Products, we are proud to introduce the Phrozen Aqua 8K resin which has the smallest photo-initiater particles we have ever had before in any 405nm resin before. This makes for sharper details & sharper corners then ever before, thanks to the new Sonic 8k resin 3d pritners. Whether you want 30mm miniatures with facial expressions visible, gears with teeth that actually fit & work, or making precisoin jewellery models, the Aqua 8K will take your breath away. The new Aqua-Grey 8K is a special high resolution resin that offers the best performance possible on 8K 3D Printers. It provides excellent surface finish with almost no ringing or layer lines visible. This resin will yield fine details accurately thanks to smaller nanoparticle size. It will also print at fast speeds, like other Phrozen Aqua series resins. This is the perfect resin for figurines with organic detail, or complex engineering parts with minute detail, tight tolerances or fit requirement. It supports a high speed layer curing when 3d printed on our new Phrozen Monochrome powered 8K LCD 3D Printers like the Sonic 8K series. And it has a special low shrinkage formula meaning that small parts exhibit almost zero shrinkage in most applications. 5Kg bottle of Phrozen Aqua Grey 8K Resin in stock right here in Auckland & ready to ship NZ wide.
  • Luvocom® 3F PEKK 50082 3D Filament

PEKK Filament is easier to print than regular PEEK filament with better layer adhesion while offering similar strength and resistance properties, & better dimensional stability than PEEK. PEKK also has a higher Tg Glass Transition Temperature than PEEK. This unique modified neat PEKK is a low warp formluation that provides dimensional stability in delivering semi-crystalline parts with no warp. Polyether Ketone Ketone (PEKK) is a semi-crystaline thermoplastic in the Polyaryletherketone family. With high heat resistance, chemical resistance , has the ability to withstand high mechanical loads, is inherent flame retardant and has unique tribological properties. PEKK Filament has a tuneable crystallization rate which allows FFF or FDM users to take advantage of both the extreme performance of PAEKs and easier processing of amorphous materials. Made in Netherlands by 3d4makers using Lehvoss genuine luvocom resin. We always recommend an active heated chamber for 3d printing all advnaced materials including PEKK. But this particular grade gives you a good chance of printing simpler smaller parts without a heated chamber. 200g roll in a natural brown beige colour. Want to 3d print this material routinely? Consider our Creatbot PEEK-300 industrial material 3d printer.
  • Garolite is a glass fiber epoxy laminate used when high strength and consistent dimensional stability over high temperature is required. Our G10 sheet is a sticker which has 3M MP468 glue on 1 side. This makes it very easy to install on your existing bed. Be it a spring steel sheet, a carbon fiber sheet, a glass bed, an existing PEI coated bed, or a conventional metal bed - the G10 sticker can be easily applied to any 3d printing situation. Garolite G10 is stiff, strong & hard wearing. This makes it really good as a 3D Printing surface for high wear usage. This sheet will handle bed temps up to 130C. The 500x300 is perfect for 3d printers like the F430 whose beds go up to 120C.

  • This is a 24V DC radial fan used as the part cooling fan on Creatbot F430 & F160 3d printers. It is mounted to the side of the extruder 1 (between 1 & 2 if its a dual extruder machine) & plugs into the top extruder board above the head.
  • Why use Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Short answer, high speed & less manual work. Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. When cleaning castable resins or industrial resins in particular, ultrasonic cleaners will give you the edge.
