  • Phrozen Violet Castable Jewelry 3D Printing Resin

    We're happy to introduce the new Wax like Jewelry casting resin by Phrozen. Phrozen is revolutionising SLA 3D Printing resins by offering cutting edge formulations that provide better results than ever before at an amazing price point. Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. This is a violet resin, & is superior to most of the cheaper green dental casting resins you will find. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles. Please see the Burnout schedule image supplied by Phrozen that you can send to your casting company, or follow for casting yourself. We recommend cleaning these wax print parts with our special resin cleaning liquid inside an ultrasonic cleaner, after which you should cure them in a heated curer like our FlashForge FC1 cure box. This will provide low-shrinkage, high-precision models that will cast ash free with far less surface aberration. It will also have low water absorption during the printing process, giving you more consistent results than other castable resins on the market. Designed to be sent to your foundry for casting into any metal including gold, silver, platinum etc We recommend DLP technology to work with wax based resins, though common LCD printers will work fine as well. These resins are compatible with most mSLA LCD DLP style 3D Printers including our FlashFroge Hunter DLP, Phrozen Mega 8k, Sonic XL, & Transform 3D Printers. Can also be used with other 3d printer brands that use the 360-420nm UV spectrum resins like Anycubic Photon, Elegoo Mars, Epax, Wanhao, Creality LDR etc. 500ml can of violet resin 3D Printer Store has the largest range of 3D printing filaments & resins in stock right here in Auckland with economical shipping New Zealand wide.

    Luvocom 3F PAHT 9825 Nylon 2.85mm 3D Filament

    Original price was: $80.00.Current price is: $50.00. +gst

    Nylon PA6 3D Filament Made in Netherlands by 3D4Makers - 750g 2.85mm

    Luvocom® 3F PAHT 9825 NT Filament is a Low Moisture High-temperature polyamide that doesn't have Carbon Fiber in it. High Strength, High Flexibility, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical & Petroleum Resistance. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. This roll of Nylon PA6 in 2.85mm designed to work with most 3mm compatible 3d printers like Creatbot, Ultimaker, Taz etc Its water uptake takes about 4 times longer to reach saturation point compared to other PA6 on the market. And its saturation point is 5 times lower than conventional PA6 materials, meaning it has very little mositure rentention.  This particular engineering polymer grade is tailored made for the 3D printing industry to match the injection molding strength requirements and focusing on the serial production of end-parts. The filament can be used on conventional FFF / FDM 3D printing systems due to the enhanced printability, & improved layer bonding even without the use of a heated chamber.

  • Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.
  • Esun Aluminium 3d printer Filament - First in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% inside cheap PLA material. Aluminium is the closest you can come to real silver looking 3d prints by polishing it. In its raw state it looks like limestone which is excellent for architecture. You can also do a rough sand to give it the look of concrete or stone walls. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Steel is no exception & will certainly shine if you polish it. These filaments are also being used in experimental applications to explore uses such as sintering, baking & smelting to make production metal parts out of them with freedom of design at extremely cheap prices. Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Please read our FAQ Articles for more details on printing with filled materials.
  • Copper Filament - High Density - Now in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% bronze inside cheap PLA material! Copper is a high density metal filament that even has some electrical conductivity! And you can use it for medals, trophies, commemorative emblems, or jewellery too. Our metal filaments can be 3d printed & then sanded to make the metal inside sparkle! Any 3d printer can 3d print metal filled materials but we recommend 0.6mm or larger nozzles with 02.mm (200 micron) or fatter layer height. Print slowly & at slightly higher temperatures than usual. Please read our FAQ Articles for more details on printing with filled materials.

  • Esun Steel Filament - High Density - Now in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% steel inside cheap PLA material. 1Kg roll 1.75mm These are new slim roll packages, so the rolls can fit some of the smaller proprietary 3d printer spool holders like certain makerbots, dremels, UP 3d printers etc. Steel filaments have 3 main uses. 1) The obvious reason is to give 3d prints a real steel finish 2) A lesser know fact is that Steel filled 3D Filament is used to provide realistic weight & balancing when you are prototyping objects that are going to be made out of metal. For eg, making housings for commercial machinery or hand held tools. 3) Probably the least known advantage of steel is that if you do not sand it at all, 3d printed steel looks like stone! Want an asphalt look or rocky look - steel filament to the rescue. • Esun Pure PolyCarbonate Filament from 3D Printer Store

    Poly-Carbonate is commonly referred to as just PC is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. What is 'Pure' PC ? PC is the King of cost-effective engineering thermoplastics - High Temperature resistance, UV stability & Flame Retarding.

    Flame retardant level: UL94:V2 Print temperature range: 235~260℃;

    Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. For frequent Polycarbonate 3d printing, consider a machine with active chamber filters, like our Creatbot F430
