Suitable for all Creatbot F series 3d printers including F430, F160, & their PEEK edition 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. We don't recommend cheaper 40W heaters as they only go to 250C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use i Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install. -
This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed. -
These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them. -

These are jewellery grade snipping side cutters. They have a flat blade on the cutting edge, meaning they can cut quite close to surface. They are great to remove tiny bits of plastic or some support material without hurting yourself. This humble tool might look like any ordinary cutter, but its much more! The blades sharpened edges are at a horizontal angle & designed to cut close to the part surface. The spring loaded handles allow for careful & controlled cutting. The thin tip allows cleanup in harder to reach places. It is also excellent to cleanup the nozzle without hurting yourself. Try this excellent tool out - you will be impressed! This is a 3 pack. It has 3x Phrozen ACF Films for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. ColorFabb's varioshore TPU is a ground breking flexible filament that allows you print parts from 92A right down to 55A, on almost any direct drive 3d printer. Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately. -
This is a temperature sensing thermister for Wanhao i3 3d printers. The thermisters for bed & nozzle are the same, however the wire length is slightly different. Please specify if you want one for the head, or for the nozzle. Please also specify which wanhao i3 3d printer type it is for: i3, i3 v2, i3 plus, i3 plus mk2, or i3 mini. -

PC-CF is PC with the addition of Carbon Fibre, it is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 PCCF handles a 140C operating temperature, at par with Carbon Nylons. Its also low hygroscopy, so absorbs less moisture than Nylon 6 filament. PC also has better UV stability than materials like ABS or PETg, almost at par with ASA. And this Carbon fiber blended material is easier to print than ABS. Print temperature range: 260-280℃; ABS, ASA or blended ABSPC will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can go over 120C in PC-CF. This is the new higher temperature handling version of the prove Colorfabb LW-PLA. It was originally designed for aeromodelling to make light weight aeroplane & drone hulls. But it has been very successful as a casting pattern in lost wax style casting processes. Initially, we used standard PLA for lost wax casting patterns. But since PLA-LW is lower density, there is less PLA to burn out. This makes much cleaner patterns & has far reduced ash in the process. So whether its light weight components for general parts, or metal casting patterns, try PLA LW for your next project. -
