It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Esun PETg 1.75mm 1Kg NATURAL All FDM 3d prints will be less translucent than the filament. This is because 3d printing changes the crystalline structure of the polymer as its laid down. However, if you want a somewhat transparent PET then please look at our Taulman T-Glase PET-t. Cleaning filament will clean your 3d printer head quickly & easily. This 100 gram packet which will last you a VERY LONG TIME! Excellent to clean the head system of debris thats stuck inside the hot end & nozzle. Please read this article on how to use cleaning filament with a cold extrusion pull. Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the teflon tube lined version which makes it easy to print PLA, PETg etc thanks to the teflon liner. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Best Quality Creatbot Hardened Martensitic Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers to print high temperature & composite reinforced materials. Perfect for 3d printing Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc on Creatbot F430, F160, PEEK300 & D600 Pro 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently available. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the smaller side for carbon to flow through well. eSUN Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber Now in NZ!
We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This is a 1Kg reel of 1.75mm filament. Carbon Fiber is always matte Black in colour (a very dark grey) -
Deli Yellow is an affordable versatile glue stick that works really well on all bed surfaces for all 3d printers. PLA, ABS, ASA, Nylon, HIPS will benefit from glue. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other Engineering materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Applying glue greatly reduces warping. You can start with this cheapest glue stick, & then move to get more specialised glue sticks from our collection of bed prep adhesives if needed. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. -
eLastic 83A Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 83A flexible filament which is very elastic, & comparable to grades like 85A which was made popular by NinjaFlex. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. TPU filament is a flexible TPE material. This is best used with a good direct drive drive extruder 3d printer like Creatbot, FlashForge Creator, some Prusa, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not ideal for use with bowden head 1.75mm 3d printers like Creality Ender, however, you still have a chance at using our other 87A with a cheaper bowden machine. For cheaper bowden machines we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is most likely to print successfully. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Flexible plastic filament. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our NinjaFlex filament. Painter Paper Tape - Good quality specially sourced for NZ conditions
The secret to excellent 3d printing is that the first layer of your part should stick perfectly to your bed. But with so much confusion around what is best, from hair sprays to abs slurries, what really works well? ANd there are so many rolls of paper tape too, which one should you get? We've done a lot of testing, looked at branded as well as OEMs, & finally selected this one. Start with a roll of this tape. It is the most versatile 3d printing bed material & can be used with PLA, ABS, PETG, NinjaFLex, Poly Carbonate, Metal fills & even Carbon fibre. Compared with normal PLA+ materials, it supports a higher flow rate. So the printing speed can be increased, or larger nozzles can be used to extrude with more ease. The quality of the surface of printed object is excellent despite the high flow rate, and the detail performance is better. The ePLA-HS has good adaptability. By adjusting the materials, the high speed printing reduces the dependence on the cooling power of the printer and improves the printing performance. Genuine Creatbot standard 260 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end is only for materials upto 260C. To print hotter, please use buy the High Temp Extruder hot end. The advantage of the standard hot end is that it has a teflon liner inside which aids smooth flow of materials like PLA. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately. -

Wood 3D Printer Filament in NZ
Our Wood Filament has over 20% of real MDF fibres to give a true wood like texture & effect. It has a slightly grainy texture as you would expect from wood, contrary to some wood filaments which look quite tacky & plastic like in their feel. It can be sanded just like mdf sheets, & can even be coated with a layer of Polyurethane just like real wood! This is not just 'wood colour' - the material actually has milled wood in it that can even bond to traditional wood glues. You can use similar settings as normal PLA for a start. It is highly recommended that you use a thicker diameter nozzle (0.6mm or similar instead of the standard 0.4mm nozzles), but 0.4mm can also work. Start off by 3d printing with wood at 0.25mm (250 micron) layer height with 230 deg extruder at 40mm/s speed. Please note that since this is made using real wood fibers, there can be some batch to batch colour variation. So the filament shade can look slightly different to what you see on the screen. -

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.
