Genuine Creatbot brass nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Mk8 head 3d printers including all the Creatbot F series 3D Printers we sell: Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430, F430 PEEK edition, PEEK-300, & D600 Pro 3d printers Our nozzles are individually Machined (not die casted & pressed like cheaper nozzles). The internal orifice & crucible shape of the nozzle is carefully manufactured, meaning you get less jams & clean flow without ripples. They will out last most cheaper nozzles on the market, & provide more consistent & reliable feeding as the diameter is accurate. These nozzles will work fine with all Mk8 thread extruder hot ends. So no matter your 3d printer, try out a higher quality nozzle that causes less problems & needs less changing. We stock a wide range of nozzle diameters 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 & 1mm. Please choose your size from the dropdown. We also sell Stainless Steel & hardened Martensitic steel nozzles which are superior to brass nozzles as they last longer. We recommend martensitic nozzles for Carbon Fiber 3d printing. And in general, Stainelss steel nozzles are better than brass even for general purpose 3d printing including using with Wood PLA.

Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

Genuine Creatbot standard 260 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end is only for materials upto 260C. To print hotter, please use buy the High Temp Extruder hot end. The advantage of the standard hot end is that it has a teflon liner inside which aids smooth flow of materials like PLA. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above.

Best Quality Creatbot Hardened Martensitic Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers to print high temperature & composite reinforced materials. Perfect for 3d printing Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc on Creatbot F430, F160, PEEK300 & D600 Pro 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently available. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the smaller side for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, we recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for Carbon Fiber composite materials. These are well suited particularly for advanced materials that print at ultra high temps like PEEK, PEI Ultem, PPSU etc. Our nozzles are individually machined for optimum precision & longer life (not just die casted & pressed like inferior nozzles). Will suit all Creatbot F series & PEEK series 3D Printers we sell: Creatbot F160, F430, PEEK 300 & D600 Pro 3d printers Please choose from diameters 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm Our nozzles can also be used with other Mk8 compatible 3d printer heads.

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

Creatbot S-PAHT is a dedicated breakaway support filament optimised to work with high temp Nylons & Poly Carbonates. This gives you a smooth surface finish where the support is removed. This support material works well with our Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylons & Glass Fiber Nylons & PC-CF as well. If you print supports with the same material as the part, the area where support sticks is usually rough. Breakaway supports fix this problem by providing more contact while being easy to break off. Dual extruder 3d printers or multi material systems or AMS are required to use support materials.

ABS+HS High Speed Low Warp 3D Printer Filament The new Esun ABS plus HS is a new formulation of ABS that allows for high speed 3d printing on modern 3d printers. It also works well with larger nozzles & fatter layers to improve build speed with high flow 3d printers. This is the easiest to 3d print ABS filament available to date for any 3d printer. The additives in ABS+ reduce corner warpage & improve part strength even when printed fast. This helps 3d printing ABS reliably in machines that dont have heated chambers. This new type of ABS 3d filament is suited to 3d printing finer ABS parts with a matted finish. 3D Prints with the same temperatures, speed & ease as regular ABS - with reduced warping. All ABS will shrink, but with this new filament esun have made it easier to 3d print abs as it warps lesser than common ABS filaments. We highly recommend PEI sheets as the BEST 3D printing surface for ABS. This is eSUN ABS+ High Speed 3D printing filament

ASA UV Stable 3D Printing Filament is a cousin of the famous ABS. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. So it can be 3D Printed like ABS in most 3D Printers. BLACK colour ASA 3D Printer Filament 1 Kg roll Please remember that UV stability does not mean 100% UV 'Proof' All plastics - even PolyCarbonate will eventually crumble under our harsh New Zealand sun or other high levels of UV. But ASA is the cheapest material to offer UV immunity. It is also easier to work with than more advanced materials.

Esun eFlex 87A TPU Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 87A TPU which is quite flexible, yet slightly easier to 3d print than the softer grade like NinjaFlex 85A or TPE Elastic 83A. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. This grade works well with most popular direct drive extruder 3d printers including Creatbot, Makerbot, FlashForge Creator, Prusa, Wanhao, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not the best choice for Bowden style 3d printers, but it has a better chance of working with them over the softer 83 or 85 TPU.. For cheaper bowden machines like Creality Ender, we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is is easier to print. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Natural coloured Flexible plastic filament, slightly opague. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our 83A filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider PA Nylon Filament -
eLastic 83A Flexible 3D Printing Filament
This is grade 83A flexible filament which is very elastic, & comparable to grades like 85A which was made popular by NinjaFlex. Thermoplastic Elastomeric is a broad category of flexible plastic filaments. TPU filament is a flexible TPE material. This is best used with a good direct drive drive extruder 3d printer like Creatbot, FlashForge Creator, some Prusa, etc without requiring extensive modifications. It is not ideal for use with bowden head 1.75mm 3d printers like Creality Ender, however, you still have a chance at using our other 87A with a cheaper bowden machine. For cheaper bowden machines we recommend you start with Grade 95A as it is most likely to print successfully. This is a 1 KG roll of 1.75mm Flexible plastic filament. If you want very rubbery stretchy prints that could even be used for some gaskets, please see our NinjaFlex filament. If you want very durable rubbery 3d prints that exhibit some similarity to HDPE / LDPE then please consider NinjaTech Cheetah Filament -
