A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. Carbon Fibre coupled with the higher temperature handling & stiffness of PETG presents an advantage over other PLA based carbon fibre filaments that soften at lower temperatures, since PLA will soften faster than Petg & is also a weaker material.

Dark coloured PLA softens in direct sunlight in summer, for eg, inside a car. But PETg handles hotter temperatures better.

Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.

Magigoo HT 3D Printing Glue for High Temp PEI, PEEK, etc

Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.
