If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above. -

Hot End assembly for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printer. Please note this is not for previous D600 machines. It is not for F series machines or P series either. The hot end includes the mount block, the heat brake (throat tube) & a nozzle. We only sell Genuine spare parts, so you can rest assured they will work as expected & are built to the high standards that Creatbot supplies. These nozzles are individually turned for the main production process, not die casted like budget models. So you get accurate crucibles which offer better retraction control. The standard version prints up to 260C with a teflon lined heat brake. Perfect for common material like PLA, PETG etc. The high temp version handles up to 420C, & doesnt have a teflon liner, which makes it last longer when printing Carbon Fiber & other reinforced materials. We're really proud to be the first to introduce this highly sought after Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced 3d filament in New Zealand. Most other filaments are Nylon 6. Our PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice. This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using recycled PEEK. Recycled PEEK is generally made by collecting PEEK powder from CNC machine shops, which is then extruded into 3d printing filament. This means you get the exact same filament as normal PEEK, just being sourced sustainably because the powder that would have otherwise gone to waste has been reused to make filament. Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning
Why use Resin cleaner instead of IPA? This Resin Cleaner has almost no odor & is not flammable like IPA. This is an upgraded, full metal build platform for EPAX E10 3D printers. It is compatible with all version of the E10 printer including the new E10 5K. Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. This is a 3 pack. It has 3x Phrozen ACF Films for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. Did you know that many common 3d print failures are related to the resin not being mixed properly or being too cold? This bottle roller rotates resin bottles inside a heated chamber to mix the resin thoroughly. By heating the resin while it is being mixed, the nanoparticles that have settled are able to retake a uniform viscosity. Resins that are heated are less viscous & print much better than when the resin would be thicker. This mixer provides a consistent & easy solution to shaking the bottle by hand, as just shaking the bottle heavily can cause the resin to bubble rather than actually mixing correctly. With our heated resin bottle roller, you will greatly reduce print failures caused by the resin being too cold, particularly in winter. This mixer is particularly useful if you plan to 3d print high performance engineering resins, wax castable resins or dental resins. -

Why Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners. When cleaning castable resins or industrial resins in particular, ultrasonic cleaners will give you the edge. -

Though sunlight has UV in it, there is very less intensity of 405nm wavelenth UV that is needed to cure 3d prints. Enough UV to give you a sun burn, sure. But to cure a 3d print - not really. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. And people are safe to touch them. -
