Latest ACF Film for 10" LCD Resin 3D Printers - Pack of 3 films The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a signifcatly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Mighty 8K, Mini 8k, Phrozen Sonic XL, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tire, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. This booking includes up to 1 hour of our time in repairing or servicing the machine. A4 Size NFEP Films for medium size Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of printing. -
If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above. -

Phrozen Aqua Plus Clear Resin 1 Litre
A versatile clear resin that offers fast 3d printing with significantly reduced tinting & yellowing of 3d prints. This is the perfect resin for general purpose prototyping of high accuracy transparent parts. Most clear resins turn yellow almost instantly when printed. And they become cloudy when cured. To reduce this, some resin makers have added blue dye into clear resins to make them look less yellow, however that is not an actual solution. Freshly printed models might look foggy or frosted, and require further polishing to achieve clear, transparent results. The Aqua Clear plus has the best chance of looking transparent compared to other common clear products on the market. If you need optimum optical clarity though, we recommend using an industrial resin like the Loctite IND405 ultra clear resin. -

Bed movement stepper motor for Phrozen sonic 3d printers This motor is used to move the bed on many Phrozen Sonic series 3d printers: Sonic XL 4K, XL 2022. Phrozen Transform. Phrozen Shuffle & Shuffle XL. This is the larger higher current motor that is used with many of the professional end of Phrozen 3d printers. It is not used for older mighty series machines or the smaller mini series 3d printers. -
This is the full hot end which gives you new extrusion components under the motor. It includes the heat brake, throat tube, hot block, & a 0.4mm nozzle. It comes fitted with a new cartridge heater & a thermocouple temp sensor as well. -
Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately. -

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed. -

This motor is used in the Creatbot F430 3d printer. It is the X axi motor that connects on the linear rail to move the head left to right. This is the motor only, not the fan/heatsink. Please remember to put the heatsink & fan from your old motor onto the new motor. -

This is the new higher temperature handling version of the prove Colorfabb LW-PLA. It was originally designed for aeromodelling to make light weight aeroplane & drone hulls. But it has been very successful as a casting pattern in lost wax style casting processes. Initially, we used standard PLA for lost wax casting patterns. But since PLA-LW is lower density, there is less PLA to burn out. This makes much cleaner patterns & has far reduced ash in the process. So whether its light weight components for general parts, or metal casting patterns, try PLA LW for your next project. -
PolyCarbonate Carbon Fibre Filament
PC-CF is PC with the addition of Carbon Fibre, it is one of the most capable Functional Polymers in the world. Flame retardant level: UL94：V2 PCCF handles a 140C operating temperature, at par with Carbon Nylons. Its also low hygroscopy, so absorbs less moisture than Nylon 6 filament. PC also has better UV stability than materials like ABS or PETg, almost at par with ASA. And this Carbon fiber blended material is easier to print than ABS. Print temperature range: 260-280℃; ABS, ASA or blended ABSPC will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can go over 120C in PC-CF. Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSUÂ etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue. -
ASA CF is a UV stable, low moisture absorbing, high strength, light weight plastic optimized for outdoor use. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. Adding carbon fibers to ASA makes it stronger & stiffer, compared to pure ABS / ASA that is more bendy. And despite the addition of fibers, CF ASA still offers the same impact properties whilst being even lighter in weight. This makes Carbon ASA excellent in high performance boats & cars. ASA also has a matted look compared to plastics like PET which are generally quite glossy. Carbon Fiber reinforced ASA has greater stiffness & strength over conventional ASA, & also reduces shrinkage.
