We're happy to introduce the new Wax like Jewelry casting resin by Phrozen. Phrozen is revolutionising SLA 3D Printing resins by offering cutting edge formulations that provide better results than ever before at an amazing price point. Specially designed for jewellery casting, Phrozen’s Wax-like Castable Resins burn cleanly to provide reliable casting for all types of models, especially jewelry and any high precision dental parts. This is a violet resin, & is superior to most of the cheaper green dental casting resins you will find. These Violet resins can be used in dentristry as well, they are will offer finer details to most green products. Very similar casting properties to the Wax resin models used by Jewellers, & works with common burnout cycles. Please see the Burnout schedule image supplied by Phrozen that you can send to your casting company, or follow for casting yourself. We recommend cleaning these wax print parts with our special resin cleaning liquid inside an ultrasonic cleaner, after which you should cure them in a heated curer like our FlashForge FC1 cure box. This will provide low-shrinkage, high-precision models that will cast ash free with far less surface aberration. It will also have low water absorption during the printing process, giving you more consistent results than other castable resins on the market. Designed to be sent to your foundry for casting into any metal including gold, silver, platinum etc We recommend DLP technology to work with wax based resins, though common LCD printers will work fine as well. Pet-G is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high temperature Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. This is a Tri-colour filament, it literally means the filament strand is composed of 3 simultaneous colours to form the cross-section. The filament is 3-sided. This is the flexible metal plate that fits on the new magnetic beds of FlashForge Creator 3 3D Printers. It has a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, we still recommend you put a thin layer of the glue stick on it.
