  • Best Quality Creatbot Martensitic Hardened Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently avaialble. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the edge, its a bit small for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, recommend using 0.6mm nozzles. These are well suited particularly for advanced materials that print at ultra high temps like PEEK, PEI Ultem, PPSU etc. Our nozzles are individually machined for optimum precision & longer life (not just die casted like cheap nozzles). Will suit all Creatbot F series 3D Printers we sell: Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers We stock a wide range of nozzle diameters 0.3, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm Our nozzles can also be used with other Mk8 compatible 3d printer heads.

  • Matter And Form MAF 3 latest 3D Scanner launched

We are proud to present the Matter & Form THREEE 3D Scanner to New Zealand. This scanner is so revolutionary, that it has replaced every other 3d scanner we offer. Here is why the MAF3 is ground breaking 3d scanner: Its Auto Focus variable lenses allow for it to precisely set capture distance, allowing this scanner to capture everything from a Coin to a Car with ease. No other single device in the 3d scanning market is able to do this. Normally, if you wanted to scan a wide range of object sizes, you'd have to buy multiple 3d scanners each dedicated to a size range. Some 3d scanners on the market allow changing the FOV of their lenses, but dont let you get close enough to a large object to capture its detail. So if you want to scan a large part that has detail, you struggle. But the MAF3 is able to scan all objects sizes with colour & texture at your preferred resolution depending on your requirements & by simply how you set it up. You can Control your Accuracy, Resolution & Working Distance based on your requirements.
    Distance Z Accuracy Resolution
    220 mm 33 37
    400 mm 150 65
    700 mm 400 114
Works with any device that has a browser. No need to buy a laptop that costs more than your scanner. Connect it to a turntable if you want to. Or use it off a tripod. You can even hold it with your hand if you wanted to. This is the next evolution of 3D scanning & the industry has been waiting a long time for something as simple as this.

  • RAPID FLEX100 - CLEAR 1 Ltr 3D Printing Resin

The FLEX100™ has an extremely high level of flexibility so you can 3D print compressible and bendable models. Shore Hardness: 50A. Monocure FLEX100™ can be used on its own or by mixing with other Rapid & Tough resins to produce varying degrees of flexibility and firmness. By adding a small amount of FLEX100™ to the Rapid resin would create a less brittle and more durable part. By adding larger amounts, the more flexible it will become. Remember to weigh the products so results can be replicated. Our CMYK pigment set can also be added to the mix so you can make any colour of Flexible Resin! You can mix TUFF resin with FLEX100™ resin to reduce flexibility or improve strength as required. The Viscosity of FLEX100™ is 30-50 cps @ 25°C (Brookfield RVT). All Monocure3D resins have a low odour, have zero VOC emissions and display very low shrinkage properties <0.5%> Please store Monocure 3D resin in a dark, cool place out of direct sunlight. Clear Flexible Resin 1 litre bottle Highly Respected Monocure Resins from Australia are now in New Zealand only at 3D Printer Store!
  • Monocure 3D GUIDEâ„¢ bio-compatible 3D resin is skin contact & intra oral certified by the TGA in Australia. It has been engineered to fabricate medical & dental appliances like surgical guides. It has a high heat resistance and is suitable for sterilisation using standard autoclave protocols. Once post-cured, this material has high tensile strength and is transparent, odourless and tasteless. Monocure 3D’s Surgical GUIDEâ„¢ is transparent and is certified as a biocompatible Class I material by the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) No. 398012 It was developed for high-precision implant-guided surgeries. The high-resolution, rapid layer speed and exceptional mechanical properties provide the ultimate implant assistance.
  • Monocure PRO Rubber like is presently our best flexible resin for Lcd resin 3d printers. It is stronger than the general monocure Flex resin, & more flexible than the Esun Elastic resin. This flex resin has excellent mechanical properties that work well for flexible engineering parts. With a shore hardness of 65A, you can make rubber like parts using your LCD Resin 3d printer. This material is highly tear-resistant, flexible, and can also be used to prototype gaskets, seals, & fittings.
  • MonoCure CMYK PIGMENT SET

Monocure 3D CMYK Pigment Set Is Intended For Use With 3D Resins to create your own custom colours to suit your individual needs! Just add droplets of colours into your resin to make your own unique resin colours. Use White Resin for more Opague colours, or Clear Resin to make more translucent colours - the choice is yours.

These Pigment Dispersions Are Designed To Work With 3D Printing Applications Where UV Light Is Used To Cure Resin Layer By Layer. We Use A Simple But Highly Effective Approach To Anchoring Dispersant Onto Pigments To Significantly Increase Print Performance.

Our Pigment Dispersions Do Not Effect Performance Across Our Resin Systems. Increased Stability Is Achieved By Cross-Linking Of The Dispersants To Create A Robust Polymer Shell, Entrapping Each Pigment Particle.

  • RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.
