New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Wanhao Branded Magnetic upper Mat 420mm x 420mm size. These stick on the metal sheets on the 3d printer bed. These mats are for use on Wanhao D9 400 mk1 3d printer which has a 400x400mm build area, or on i3 plus mk2 3D Printers which have 180x180mm area. Each Esun spool is 0.5Kg in 1.75mm Pure PC handles a whooping 140C continuous operating temperature - only to be beaten by PEI / PEEK ABS will only handle 85C in most continuous high temperature applications. You can boil water in pure PC but you cant if its ABS blended. Pure PC is thus common in food containers as it can handle everything. The vast majority of PolyCarb 3D Filament used is mixed with ABS & thus called ABS-PC. While ABS blended PC is slightly better than ABS, it loses the biggest benefits of PC 3D Printing PC has some challenges but it is very easy to get right. Heat the bed as hot as your machine supports, ideally 110C +. Use a PEI sheet for bed adhesion. Please see our popular 300x300 PEI sheets here. Using active chamber heating is highly recommend as PC warps a lot. Note: PC Fumes have a strong odour. We recommend you use PC only with an enclosed 3d printer. If you must use an open frame unit, please setup extraction or at least have very good active ventilation. Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning
Phrozen’s Wash Resin Cleaner is a powerful cleaning agent that dissolves uncured UV resin. Allows you to wash your printed models by either spraying or soaking it directly into the liquid. A4 Size NFEP Film for medium size SLA Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for slightly bigger printers like Phrozen Sonic XL, Phrozen Mighty, Epax E10, Anycubic Mono, Elegoo Saturn etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have 2 FEPs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.

This is the mat that sticks onto the spring steel build plate, which adheres on the magnetic 3D Printer bed of 3d printers like FlashForge Creator 3, 3 Pro & 3 Pro v2 . It can also be used on any 3d printer that has a 300x250mm build volume & you want a good quality surface mat. This item is only the top build tak style mat, that you can 3d print on. The photo is to show you how the mat is to be used in relation to a Creator series 3d printer. This is a sticker, it has glue on 1 side, just peel it & stick it onto any surface. It is a Polycarbonate re-inforced build surface that provides excellent adhesion to most common materials. However, for Nylon based materials, it will be best to put a thin layer of the glue stick on it. Some Flashforge mats are blue, & some are black - they are exactly the same mat, flashforge just changed colours between the machine releases.

This is a Genuine FlashForge brand nozzle for FlashForge Creator Pro 2 IDEX 3D Printers. It is common for nozzles to wear or block after a period of use, & need replacing. Simply unscrew the existing nozzle & screw the new one on, easy. Please remember to always heat your hot end before removing your nozzle.

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. We are very lucky to have such a supplier providing these kinds of specialized 3D Printers, Filaments, accessories and services in New Zealand. The rare filaments can sometimes be difficult to source but he will do his best to find alternatives to get what's needed ASAP or even suggest proper alternatives. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose. Ordered online and with good communication i had printer within days. Will definitely return when I upgrade. This printing stuff is very addictive.
