Genuine FlashForge nozzle for the FlashForge Guider 2S 3D Printer. It is common for nozzles to wear or block after a period of use, & need replacing. Simply unscrew the existing nozzle & screw the new one on, easy. Please remember to always heat your hot end before removing your nozzle.

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects onto the heat sink on top & the nozzle goes at the bottom. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Will suit all Creatbot D series 3D Printers we sell including DM, DX, DE, the Plus versions, & the older D600 3mm machines

Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the teflon tube lined version which makes it easy to print PLA, PETg etc thanks to the teflon liner. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the Full Matal hot end which doesn't have a teflon liner inside, allowing you to easily print Carbon Fiber as well as high temp materials up to 450C. If you are new to 3d printing, you might find it useful to start with the other Teflon lined heat brake version as it can be easier to print common materials like PLA & ABS with that one. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. New improved easy switch nozzle & hot end for the FlashForge Adventurer series 3D Printer. These nozzles work on Adventurer 3, Adventurer 3 Pro, & Adventurer 4 3d printers. Please choose your nozzle diameter & temperature from the dropdowns. This is a superbly easy to use, unique system that allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. Just press the clamps on the sides of the head to push this assembly out, & then insert a new one in. They are avilable in 2 temperature options; 240C & 260C. As well as in 2 different sizes, 0.4mm & 0.6mm. These nozzles are stainless steel, so wear much lesser than brass nozzles. With machines like the Adventurer 4, you can buy the 0.6mm nozzle head to print with Carbon Fiber. This is a real advantage for a machine in this price point to now offer Carbon FIber 3d printing capability. For older Adventuer 3 3D Printers (before 2020) we recommend you use the 240C 0.4mm nozzles.

These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the edge, its a bit small for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, recommend using 0.6mm nozzles. Genuine Creatbot standard 260 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end is only for materials upto 260C. To print hotter, please use buy the High Temp Extruder hot end. The advantage of the standard hot end is that it has a teflon liner inside which aids smooth flow of materials like PLA. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

Genuine Creatbot high temp 420 degree rated hot end for F series 1.75mm 3d printers. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately.

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed.
