3D Printing Filaments

  • 3D4Makers C8 3D Printing Filament 1.75mm 750g

Facilan™ C8 is a type of filament specifically designed for 3D printing. It is known for its excellent printability and high strength properties compared to traditional PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament. One notable advantage of Facilan™ C8 is its ability to print without visible layers. This means that the printed object will have a smooth and seamless appearance, devoid of any visible lines or layers that are typically seen with other filament types. This makes Facilan™ C8 ideal for printing objects that require a high level of aesthetic finish. In addition to its superior surface finish, Facilan™ C8 also possesses enhanced strength properties compared to PLA. The filament has good dimensional stability, which means that the printed objects are less prone to warping or shrinking during the printing process. This allows for greater structural integrity and accuracy in the printed parts.
  • 3D4Makers PEI ULTEM™ 1010

Polyether Imide (PEI) Ultem 1010 is an amorphous thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217 °C. It has a continuous operating temperature of up to 170 °C. This inherently flame retardant plastic has UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. It is dark amber & slightly translucent. We selected 3D4Makers ultra Filament that's Made in Netherlands to tight tolerances & offers easier printability than other ultra performance filaments on the market. Good printability leads to excellent layer adhesion & this greatly improves the impact resistance, strength & durability of this PEI 1010 filament over that of others. Their products are consistent batch to batch, unlike some others we have tested. Our ultra Performance 3D Printing filaments are ready to ship right here in NZ. PEI Ultem attributes include:
    • Inherent flame resistance with low smoke evolution and low smoke toxicity
    • Long-term hydrolytic stability
    • Excellent dimensional stability (low creep sensitivity and low, uniform coefficient of thermal expansion) and highly reproducible part-to-part dimensions
    • Exceptional strength and modulus, even at elevated temperatures
    • Good resistance to a broad range of chemicals, such as automotive fluids, fully halogenated hydrocarbons, alcohols, and aqueous solutions
    • Stable dielectric constant and dissipation factor over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies

  • Phrozen Hyper Fine Ultra High Resolution Resin 1 Kg

Carrying on the tradition of being the First to Bring into New Zealand all these new cutting edge Resin Products, we are proud to introduce the Phrozen Aqua Hyper Fine Dark Grey resin that is optimised for 14K 3D Printers. It has the smallest photo-initiater particles we have ever had before in any 405nm resin before. This makes for sharper details & sharper corners then ever before, thanks to the new Sonic 8k resin 3d printers. Whether you want 30mm miniatures with facial expressions visible, gears with teeth that actually fit & work, or making precision jewellery models, the Aqua 14K will take your breath away. The new Aqua-Grey 14K is a special high resolution resin that offers the best performance possible on 4K, 8K, 12K & 14K 3D Printers. It provides excellent surface finish with almost no ringing or layer lines visible. This resin will yield fine details accurately thanks to smaller nanoparticle size. It will also print at fast speeds, like other Phrozen Aqua series resins. This is the perfect resin for figurines with organic detail, or complex engineering parts with minute detail, tight tolerances or fit requirement. It supports a high speed layer curing when 3d printed on our new Phrozen Monochrome powered 14K LCD 3D Printers like the Sonic Revo 14K series. And it has a special low shrinkage formula meaning that small parts exhibit almost zero shrinkage in most applications. 1Kg bottle of Phrozen Aqua Hyper Fine Resin in stock right here in Auckland & ready to ship NZ wide.
