Why Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners. Creatbot S-PAHT is a dedicated breakaway support filament optimised to work with high temp Nylons & Poly Carbonates. This gives you a smooth surface finish where the support is removed. This support material works well with our Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylons & Glass Fiber Nylons & PC-CF as well. If you print supports with the same material as the part, the area where support sticks is usually rough. Breakaway supports fix this problem by providing more contact while being easy to break off. Dual extruder 3d printers or multi material systems or AMS are required to use support materials.

The hot end includes the mount block, the heat brake (throat tube) & a nozzle. These nozzles are individually turned for the main production process, not die casted like budget models. So you get accurate crucibles which offer better retraction control. The correct UV wavelength is able to penetrate part surface, sunlight can not. Sunlight will also heat up your model much more than the UV you would get to polymerise the liquid. Curing in the sun heats up models unevenly, & causes distortion. A curer rotates as it exposes UV, thereby raising the part temperature evenly. This improves the interlayer adhesion & creates strong components that exhibit the qualities the resin makers expected you to achieve. A poorly cured part is not a safe practise - you don't want these monomers floating everywhere long term. Curing 3d printed parts correctly, is important so that things are not contaminated. And people are safe to touch them.
