  • This is a Genuine FlashForge brand Hardened steel nozzle suitable to 3d print Carbon Fiber filaments as well as higher temperature materials. These hard nozzles are suitable for FlashForge Creator 3 PRO & Creator 4 series 3d printers. They will not fit the Creator 3 V2 or older Creator 3 machines with the long 1 piece nozzle type.
  • This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments.
  • This is the long cable that connects the extruder board to the main board. Used by the Creatbot F430 3d printer. There are 2 versions of this cable. The older machines use a flat Ribbon cable. The newer machines use a Round cable. Please specify which one you would like in the shipping notes when you place the order.

  • We can make a sample 3d print made using any of our High Performance Engineering Resins. This service is for 3d printer buyers who wish to test the machine & the resin for a specific application before buying the machine. Please contact us before purchasing to discuss your project. This is usually for parts up to 300x400mm size, on a case-by-case basis.
  • These are the drivers used to drive the stepper motors on Creatbot 3d printers. They are used for the X Y Z axi motors as well as for the Extruder motors. Different drivers have been used for the X Y axi as well as for the Z & E1 / E2. Please choose the correct model number. If the model you have is not listed, please contact us & we will set it up for you.
  • This is an inductive sensor for 3d printers like Wanhao i3 plus mk2, D6, & D9. It will suit most other 3d printers that use magnetic proximity sensors for bed levelling. Or for any other applications where a magnetic sensor is used for proximity, detection, limit switching etc.

  • A4 Size NFEP Films for medium size Resin 3D Printers NFEP film also called PFA Film is better than standard FEP film to reduce suction forces. It is basically a better quality of the non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of printing.

  • Why buy our 3D Printing Resin Bottle Mixer with Active Heating Did you know that many common 3d print failures are related to the resin not being mixed properly or being too cold? Since most bottles are stored standing upright, it is very common for resin monomers & pigments to settle downward. So when you then use the resin, it has actually separated. This is why the resin needs to be thoroughly mixed. Simply shaking the resin bottle is not the best option, because shaking it induces bubbles & causes uneven coagulation of the chemicals. This bottle roller rotates resin bottles inside a heated chamber to mix the resin thoroughly. By heating the resin while it is being mixed, the nanoparticles that have settled are able to retake a uniform viscosity. Resins that are heated are less viscous & print much better than when the resin would be thicker. This mixer provides a consistent & easy solution to shaking the bottle by hand, as just shaking the bottle heavily can cause the resin to bubble rather than actually mixing correctly. With our heated resin bottle roller, you will greatly reduce print failures caused by the resin being too cold, particularly in winter. This mixer is particularly useful if you plan to 3d print high performance industrial engineering resins, wax castable resins, ceramic filled or dental resins.

  • Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.

  • These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point.

  • Bed movement stepper motor for Phrozen sonic 3d printers This motor is used to move the bed on many Phrozen Sonic series 3d printers: Sonic XL 4K, XL 2022. Phrozen Transform. Phrozen Shuffle & Shuffle XL. This is the larger higher current motor that is used with many of the professional end of Phrozen 3d printers. It is not used for older mighty series machines or the smaller mini series 3d printers.

  • Phrozen Lumii DLP 3d printer build platform. Please choose your size: Standard 130mm x 73mm, or Small 105mm x 73mm. Standard plate allows fitting more models, particularly suited for full arch sized parts. Mini is smaller, so slightly faster. It is well suited to Crown & Bridge 3d prints. If unsure, the standard build plate is a versatile option.
  • If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above.

    This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using recycled PEEK. Recycled PEEK is generally made by collecting PEEK powder from CNC machine shops, which is then extruded into 3d printing filament. This means you get the exact same filament as normal PEEK, just being sourced sustainably because the powder that would have otherwise gone to waste has been reused to make filament.
