Phrozen Wash Resin Cleaning liquid - The Best Resin 3D Print Cleaning
Phrozen’s Wash Resin Cleaner is a powerful cleaning agent that dissolves uncured UV resin. Allows you to wash your printed models by either spraying or soaking it directly into the liquid. It is very low viscosity cleaning liquid, no sud (non foaming) so works extremely well in Ultra Sonic cleaners & debinders. This Resin Cleaner has almost no odor & is not flammable like IPA. It works perfectly for standard resin as well as Water wash resins! Please note these come in 5 Liter Jugs. However, we offer these in 1L bottles by filling them from the 5L jug. Latest ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers The new Phrozen ACF film is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowerst peel force so suction forces are minised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printign high performance enginering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a sginifcatly bettter non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This FEP Film is suitable for the biggest of printers like Phrozen Mega 8K 15", Transform 13", etc Can also work with smaller DLP LCD 3D Printers, simply cut the sheet in half & you have multiple ACFs! This will work with Metal or Plastic vats. Very easy to use. Simply open the screws on your vat, remove the old FEP sheet, & put this sheet in place. Please see the video below to see how easily you can change the FEP on your Phrozen Sonic Mini Resin 3D Printers. You should change your FEP film when its cloudy, has excessive scratches, or you find the prints stick to it too easily rather than the bed. Depending on several factors, this is usually around 200 hrs of use. FEP is like a car tyre, you can have the best mechanics but without a good tyre, you're asking for trouble. We keep our prices on consumables cheap to help kiwis get the best results with 3d printers without prolonging the need to replace important components. This is the upgraded 265C higher temp nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 3. It can be used instead of the standard 240C temperature nozzles in all compatible FlashForge adverturer 3 3d printers. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing to a slightly higher temperture. This is unique system allows you to quickly switch the nozzle, & heater block without any assembly. These simple external filament rollers can be used to put filament rolls of any size outside your printer & feed into the 3d printer. Great to load 3kg spools of filament into smaller printers. This works easily with rolls of any size including 1kg, 3kg, 5kg etc. The bearings allow rolls to turn freely, regardless of weight. The 2 pieces can be placed as far or as near as possible, based on the width of the rolls. Particularly useful for small light weight 3d printers which would otherwise topple when a heavy roll was mounted on them.

This is the mat that sticks onto the spring steel build plate, which adheres on the magnetic 3D Printer bed of 3d printers like FlashForge Creator 3, 3 Pro & 3 Pro v2 . It can also be used on any 3d printer that has a 300x250mm build volume & you want a good quality surface mat. This item is only the top build tak style mat, that you can 3d print on. The photo is to show you how the mat is to be used in relation to a Creator series 3d printer. This is a sticker, it has glue on 1 side, just peel it & stick it onto any surface. PVA is commonly used as a soluble support material for 3d prints. The new ePVA+ works with ABS & many other materials! Some delicate 3d prints or items that need really good surface finish, need to use a lot of support. Because of that, the complex support material can be difficult to manually remove & it can even crack the actual part while being removed. PVA solves the problem because you 3d print the main part with 1 head using PLA & print the supports with the other head using PVA. It is the best soluble material for dual extruder 3d printers especially when printing with PLA. This PVA is top quality & will deliver superb results on any 3D Printer. 0.5Kg roll of 1.75mm filament in a plain natural colour.

Please be careful of very cheap 'metal' filaments that usually have only 2% bronze inside cheap PLA material! Esun Aluminium 3d printer Filament - First in NZ Our Metal filled filaments are high density 3d printer filaments with around 20% pure metal powder in it. Nylon 12 has several advantages over the usual Nylon 6 filaments. It has very low moisture abosrption, & far better UV performance. Higher Strength, Better Flexural Strength, High Surface Abrasion Resistance, Excellent Chemical Resistance, & works well with Lubricants. Nylon is suited perfectly in lubricating applications for bearings, gears & pulleys with belts. Nylon is a challenging material to 3d print. Carbon Fibre reinforced Steel board Actual board size is 490mm x 305mm Designed to fit our Creatbot F430 PEEK 3d printer but can be used in any machine of similar size. The advantage is that this surface offers very high abrassion resistance. So when you 3d print with high temp materials, the surface can last longer. The other advantage of these boards is that they can be used as removable build plates. We recommend sticking a PEI sheet on this if you want to use them in that way, as PEI is a more versatile surface & not just one for 3d printing PEEK. Please see our 400x300mm PEI sheets here.

Power Interruption Circuit board for Creatbot desktop series D & F series 3d printers including DM , DX / DX Plus & DE / DE Plus 3D, F160 / F160 PEEK & F430 PEEK 3D Printer Printers. For D600 PRO series, PEEK 300 & F1000 series, please contact us for the appropriate part. This circuit board detects if there is a power failure while your Creatbot 3d printer is printing. Then when power resumes & the printer is started, the option to resume to resume the existing print is offered. This circuit is not critical, & the printer can still continue to be used with the board's white wire unplugged. Locations where there are excessive power outages seem to cause this board to blow out more frequently than other places. This is mainly because of spikes & voltage fluctuations in such locations. If you experience the need to frequently replace these, we recommend connecting your printer through a spike protector.
