Initially, we used standard PLA for lost wax casting patterns. But since PLA-LW is lower density, there is less PLA to burn out. This makes much cleaner patterns & has far reduced ash in the process. So whether its light weight components for general parts, or metal casting patterns, try PLA LW for your next project.

Why buy our 3D Printing Resin Bottle Mixer with Active Heating This is a bi-directional mixer - it doesn't just a roll a bottle like most consumer mixers on the market - it actually wobbles the bottle to shake it without bubbling the resin. Did you know that many common 3d print failures are related to the resin not being mixed properly or being too cold? Since most bottles are stored standing upright, it is very common for resin monomers & pigments to settle downward. So when you then use the resin, it has actually separated. This is why the resin needs to be thoroughly mixed. Simply shaking the resin bottle is not the best option, because shaking it induces bubbles & causes uneven coagulation of the chemicals. This bottle roller rotates resin bottles inside a heated chamber to mix the resin thoroughly. By heating the resin while it is being mixed, the nanoparticles that have settled are able to retake a uniform viscosity. Resins that are heated are less viscous & print much better than when the resin would be thicker. This mixer provides a consistent & easy solution to shaking the bottle by hand, as just shaking the bottle heavily can cause the resin to bubble rather than actually mixing correctly. With our heated resin bottle roller, you will greatly reduce print failures caused by the resin being too cold, particularly in winter. This 3D4Makers PEEK filament is made in Netherlands using recycled PEEK. Recycled PEEK is generally made by collecting PEEK powder from CNC machine shops, which is then extruded into 3d printing filament. This means you get the exact same filament as normal PEEK, just being sourced sustainably because the powder that would have otherwise gone to waste has been reused to make filament. And, its half the price. PEEK handles continuous operating temperature of 260C & peak loading up to 320C. It has a strength to weight ration higher than Aluminum. And it has the resonance damping properties comparable to wood. Considered to be the best 3d printing material presently available in filament form. It is a natural beige peek product which will give you a base filament as close to natural peek machining block colour as possible. Magigoo HT 3D Printing Glue for High Temp PEI, PEEK, etc

Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue.
