Why Ultrasonic cleaners when Wash & Cure units seem to be so easy to use? Ultrasonic vibrations loosen out debris from any surface surface efficiently & quickly using harmless forces. The frequency of motion they form safely dislodges uncured resin particles at a microscopic level that other devices cant create. Ultrasonic cleaners can clean most resin parts in 3 mins. Most entry level washers can't beat that. The fact that there is no heavy movement, allows debris to settle rather than float around. This makes it far easier to get the parts clean with less fluid use. Resin cleaning liquids like Monocure Resin away & Phrozen now make it a cheaper & safer option than to use IPA or other explosive alcohol based cleaners. When cleaning castable resins or industrial resins in particular, ultrasonic cleaners will give you the edge. -

These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point. -

Phrozen Aqua Plus Clear Resin 1 Litre
A versatile clear resin that offers fast 3d printing with significantly reduced tinting & yellowing of 3d prints. This is the perfect resin for general purpose prototyping of high accuracy transparent parts. Most clear resins turn yellow almost instantly when printed. And they become cloudy when cured. This is an upgraded, full metal build platform for EPAX E10 3D printers. It is compatible with all version of the E10 printer including the new E10 5K. This is the upgraded high speed nozzle for the FlashForge Adventurer 5M & 5M Pro 3d printers. It can print faster & hotter upto 280C on compatible Adventurer 5 series 3d printers. It is not for older Adventurer 3 or 4 models. This is also an easy switch nozzle, they look & work exactly like the previous 240C nozzle with the added advantage of printing at higher temperature & faster speeds. Best Quality Creatbot Hardened Martensitic Steel nozzle for 1.75mm 3d printers to print high temperature & composite reinforced materials. Perfect for 3d printing Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, Kevlar, etc on Creatbot F430, F160, PEEK300 & D600 Pro 3d printers. Martensitic Steel nozzles are the best nozzles presently available. They are the most durable nozzles compared to brass or stainless steel. Hardened martensitic steel allows much cleaner retractions than brass nozzles, which interestingly also improves the overall print quality. These nozzles can be used with Carbon Fiber filaments, however please be advised 0.4mm is on the smaller side for carbon to flow through well. Milled Carbon Fiber Nylon when printing small parts should be ok, but for larger longer prints, we recommend using 0.6mm nozzles for Carbon Fiber composite materials. eSUN ePA-12 Carbon Fiber reinforced filament We're proud to be the first to introduce Esun's latest Nylon 12 grade Carbon Reinforced filament in New Zealand. Esun ePA12+CF builds on esun's ePA12 formula by offering reduced moisture absorption, lower warping, greater stiffness, & improved layer adhesion. This improved printability on a larger range of 3d printers & allows larger Nylon 12 objects to be printed than earlier. Most other filaments are Nylon PA6. Our Nylon PA12 opens up possibilities that PA6 might not be capable enough to handle. Nylon PA12 far less moisture absorption making PA12 CF more suited to use in close aqueous or wet conditions even in contact with water. PA6 can get soft if it left in water for very long. Nylon 12 also handles much hotter temperatures, is much stiffer than Nylon 6, & even stronger - better than Nylon 6/6 as well. Nylon 12 also has excellent anti static properties. It is also UL94 V2 Flame Retardant for a continuous running temp of 120C making it perfect for electronics housings. Please be aware that Carbon Fiber however is slightly conductive, so if you need insulative properties, then the Glass Fiber Reinforced Nylon Filament will be a better choice.
