  • Introducing the Flashforge Heated Curer FC3

To get professional resin 3d prints, you need to cure them not only with UV, but also with the correct amount of heat during that UV curing process. When resin cures, it generates heat. A heated chamber keeps the part at an already uniform temperature, so when the part cures, the internal sections cure in a stable environment, so it reduces distortion & also crystallises the polymer chains evenly. Most curers on the market lack the active heating system needed to correctly cure the internal cross section of your part. Resin cures not only with UV, but accelerates its curing with heat under UV. In standard curers, the UV exposure happens in an uneven way, that can causes the resin to heat abnormally & leads to part distortion. For strong, consistent, & factory quality parts from your LCD & LP resin 3d printers, a heated curer is a must.
  • Suitable for FlashForge 3D Printers including Adventurer , Finder, Inventor, Guider & similar 3d printers.
  • Genuine FlashForge nozzle for the FlashForge Guider 2S 3D Printer. It is common for nozzles to wear or block after a period of use, & need replacing. Simply unscrew the existing nozzle & screw the new one on, easy. Please remember to always heat your hot end before removing your nozzle.
  • FlashForge Hunter DLP Resin 3D Printer - Now in NZ DLP 3d printers offer better accuray, precision & sharpness over other common cheaper LCD based 3d printers. This is because DLP printers project entire images much like a movie projector does across a screen, whereas LCD screens have a signifcant amount of light bleed in each pixel which causes exposure bleed & inherent rounding. DLP systems can provide consistent high power necessary across the surface area, in comparison to LCD printers. The FlashForge Hunter now brings the power of DLP resin technology at a very Affordable price. The easy to use free software has pre-calibrated profiles for standard material making it extremely easy to use for industry professionals who want a printer that prints, rather than a machine where they spend time experimenting to gain their perfect results. The machine also supports third party materials, so you can print any resin presently available if you want to trial it out.
  • FlashForge Carbon Fibre PETg Filament

Made using PETG and High-Modulus Carbon Fiber, FlahForge PETG CF is a high strength, matted, easy to 3d print CF reinforced 3D printing filament. • This is a brand of glue that we have found to work really well on all beds for all 3d printers. You will need glue when 3d printing with Nylon, Carbon Fibre, PolyPropylene, & other materials that don't like to stick to other surfaces. Just apply a thin layer of this glue on a warm build surface, & print directly on it. Please take care that if printing directly on glass beds then some materials can crack the bed when taking it off after using glue. We recommend you buy a PEI sheet first if you plan to print a material with glue. This is a PVA based glue that easily wipes off with a damp cloth. Reapply only as needed. Less is more with Glue when used for 3d printing. 20g glue stick
  • Head board for 3d printers like Wanhao i3 plus mk2, D6, D9, D9 mk2 etc. This is the little PCB that sits on top of the main head where you plug in the heater, temp sensors, etc.
  • This is a sample 3d print made using our High Temp Resin that has a HDT (Heat Defection Temperature) of 190C & Tg (Glass Transition Temperature) of 220C. Please send us your stl file first to ensure this will be suitable to make.

  • RESINAWAY® is a powerful cleaning agent designed specifically for removing uncured resin from printed objects. With its concentrated formula, it is recommended to use the product as is without diluting it with water. For optimal results, it is suggested to use RESINAWAY® in conjunction with an ultrasonic cleaning bath, although it can also be used with a soft brush if an ultrasonic bath is not available. To use RESINAWAY®, simply submerge the printed object in the cleaning agent until all traces of uncured resin are completely removed. Once clear of resin, the object should be removed from the solution, and any remaining liquid can be removed by either using compressed air or patting it dry with a lint-free cloth. To ensure the best finish, the part should then be post-cured using a recommended LED 405nm light until the surface becomes tack-free, which typically takes around 5 minutes at 30 watts. Finally, the part should be rinsed under running tap water. In addition to cleaning printed objects, RESINAWAY® can also be used to clean vats, build plates, instruments, and surfaces. For these applications, it is suitable to rinse, soak, or wipe with RESINAWAY®, followed by washing with fresh water. Overall, RESINAWAY® offers a convenient and effective solution for safely and efficiently removing uncured resin from printed objects and related equipment, ensuring professional and high-quality results.
