This is a Phrozen ACF Film for 15" LCD Resin 3D Printers like the Mega 8K series. This is a large sheet, so you can also cut into smaller pieces for smaller resin printers. The new ACF is designed with a non-stick and smoother film surface for more efficient 3D printing. Compared to FEP and PFA (nFEP) film, the ACF film features a better release, reducing the printing time and increasing the success rate. ACF is the strongest, & has the highest tear tolerance. It also has the lowest peel force so suction forces are minimised & you have the best print possible. NFEP film (also called PFA Film) is better than the old FEP film to reduce suction forces. ACF takes this to a whole new level. ACF film is the best choice for printing at high speed. It works well with high performance engineering resins such as the Onyx series, Henkel & BASF industrial series, etc. It is a significantly better non-stick surface so it reduces peel forces greatly. So parts are less likely to stick to film or pop off from the build plate. This is the feeder gear that pushes filament inside the extruder on Creatbot F430, PEEk300, D600 Pro v1, & F160 series 3d printers. These cogs are made of hardened nickel stainless steel composite for optimum durability without being brittle. Most cheaper black feeders are made of carbide steel that can crack teeth & cause a jam in the hot end. This drive gear is mounted on the stepper motor inside the head. It is the cog that grips the filament & pushes it down the heat brake towards the hot end. Needs to be changed after a while when its teeth start to wear. Will wear more if using lots of Carbon or Glass Filled filaments. -
Magigoo HT adhesive is designed to provide bed adhesion with challenging materials like PEI Ultem, PEEK, PEKK, PPS, PSU, PPSU etc. It can be used with all kinds of bed surfaces, however we recommend PEI or Garolite. It can also be used with Carbon Fiber reinforced filaments & Glass Filled materials, like PPS-CF, PEI-CF & PEEK-CF etc. To 3D Print Nylon, we recommend Magigoo PA as a first choice, & if that doesn't suit well for your particular filament, then try this Magigoo HT. For common materials like PLA, ABS etc, we recommend buying the Magigoo original glue. Magigoo glue reduces warping in FDM 3D printers. Warping is caused by the differential cooling of a print during a 3D printing process made up of layers. For printing advanced materials reliably, apply a thin layer of Magigoo on your print bed before printing. This will ensure a successful print. If too much glue has been lacquered on, please wipe with a damp sponge & then reapply glue. -

These relays are used in many 3d printers including the Creatbot F430, D600 & PEEK300. Usually they are used for the Bed heater or the Chamber heater. Please select which relay you want from the list. The triger voltage is 3-32V DC. Please pick the correct type. Be sure before you install it. Relays blow instantly if you get the trigger voltage wrong, or connect the wrong end into the wrong point. -

For a long time, we've wanted PLA that has a true metallic shine to it without having to polish it. Please welcome Esun Silk PLA. Its the closest we've ever come to a PLA that actually shines like a real metal without having any metal in it. The shine also hides the print layer lines to a greater extent than other colours. So parts look like they are made of metal with a paint coat. This is the closest we have been to faux metal 3d prints. And its Extremely affordable. Multi-colour rainbow rolls are random as they roll out, each is slightly unique. Your roll is going to have the same gradients, just not at the same exact places within the spool.We hope our New Zealand makers love this new filament. -
Suitable for Creatbot D600 Pro 2 & D1000 3d printers. These are genuine Creatbot supplied 24V 60W cartridge heaters which can handle up to 450C reliably. Creatbot high temp hot ends support up to 420C so please be mindful the heater you use. Not for older D600s, F430, F160, or PEEK edition 3d printers. Standard Tube Cartridge Heater that slots inside the hot block. Has a small connector to plug on the board so its really easy to install. -
Loose contacts with the temp sensor can cause inaccurate readings, which compromises the accuracy of your plastic flow. With a new temp sensor, you ensure optimal temperature control for your Creatbot DX & DE machines. This means more accurate & stronger 3d prints without under-extrusion & layer delamination. -
If you find that the machine can't detect filament despite loading it, then this sensor may need replacing. Before replacing the sensor, ensure there is no filament shard inside obstructing it. And also check that the limit switch inside has not bent. Such fixes are simple & may not need replacing the whole sensor. In some machines such as the previous F430's, the sensor board is mounted on the head. On newer PEEK300 & D600 pro 2, the sensor board is mounted in the filament chamber on the aluminum housing as per the photo above. -
