Genuine Creatbot Throat Tube which connects the hot block into the extruder mechanism. This is the teflon tube lined version which makes it easy to print PLA, PETg etc thanks to the teflon liner. But it will only operate up to 260C, please do not print hotter than that else you will damage the teflon liner. The heat sink & the nozzle is attached at the bottom of this piece. If you have replaced nozzles & still find there are extrusion issues, please consider changing this part. This tube is considered part of the heat break mechanisk, & has a partial teflon coating on the top to aim smooth extrusion. So it is recommend you change this tube as needed for the best uniformity in extrusion as well as reduction of jams or blockages particular in longer 3d prints. Will suit all Creatbot F 3D Printers we sell including Creatbot F160, F160 PEEK, F430 & F430 PEEK edition 3d printers. This hot end will work for all materials upto 420C. This hot end doesnt have a teflon liner so it can be used with abrasive materials like carbon fibre. It will also work for PLA & other common materials. However, for beginners, we sometimes recommend printing those sorts of entry level materials with the standard temp hot end which has a teflon liner, which aids the smoother flow of PLA. So its a little more forgiving for times when your settings may not be quite perfect. However this teflon can be worn off by abrasive materials like Carbon Fiber, so for such materials we recommend printing with the high temp hot end which doesnt have that liner. If you also need a new temperature sensor thermister or thermocouple, or a new cartridge heater, please buy them separately. -

Pet-GÂ is very good functional material & its easier to work with than Abs. It is the same food safe PET thats used in water bottles etc It does not shrink or warp as easily as Abs does, & thus provides good dimensional accuracy for beginners who want to move up from PLA+. It provides excellent finish, high tensile strength, & has a high Glass Transition Temperature of 80 deg C. It is highly recommended for those who want high temperature & high strength properties compared to PLA. Esun PETg CF Filament
Made using PETG and High-Modulus Carbon Fiber, PETG-CF is a high strength, matted, easy to 3d print CF reinforced 3D printing filament. PETG CF is easier to print than PET CF thanks to better low & reduced warping.
Carbon Fibre coupled with the higher temperature handling & stiffness of PETG presents an advantage over other PLA based carbon fibre filaments that soften at lower temperatures, since PLA will soften faster than Petg & is also a weaker material.
Dark coloured PLA softens in direct sunlight in summer, for eg, inside a car. But PETg handles hotter temperatures better.
This filament is ideal for anyone that desires a structural component with high modulus, excellent surface quality, dimensional stability, light weight, ease of printing & able to be in the sun.
Petg is also easier to 3d print than Nylon in some 3d printers.

This is the Touch Sensor used on many 3d printers like our Creatbot F430 & new D600 for the Z axi homing & auto level. If the probe tip bends or breaks, you can easily replace the probe. After many months of High Temperature printing, it is common for the probe's internal magnetism to get demagnetised due to the heat in the chamber. This can cause it to stop clicking on & off. Please replace the probe as needed. -

Cleaning filament will clean your 3d printer head quickly & easily. This 100 gram packet which will last you a VERY LONG TIME! Excellent to clean the head system of debris thats stuck inside the hot end & nozzle. Please read this article on how to use cleaning filament with a cold extrusion pull. Simply extruding this filament through the head will help clean it, but is not enough to get the best clean. Please follow the above article for better results. -
ASA UV Stable 3D Printing Filament is a cousin of the famous ABS. ASA is similar to ABS in almost all aspects with the addition of UV stability. So it can be 3D Printed like ABS in most 3D Printers. BLACK colour ASA 3D Printer Filament 1 Kg roll Please remember that UV stability does not mean 100% UV 'Proof' All plastics - even PolyCarbonate will eventually crumble under our harsh New Zealand sun or other high levels of UV.
